“I am surprised by the negative reviews, and clearly these folks have not done business with AT&T. Now that's a negative situation.Chandler was patient and pleasant and took all the time in the world to help me switch over from AT&T. I never ever could have done it on my own. And oh the bliss of having a local store when you need help, instead of a call center where everyone has a heavy accent.There were three employees in the store that day, and all of them were helpful and polite. But Chandler is just an exceptionally nice young man, and very capable.They don't seem to get much thanks. That must be discouraging. I appreciated their help.”
