“Publix has been my grocery store of choice for most of my life. When living in Florida, I rarely shopped anyplace else. I was very happy when the Publix opened in Waynesville. The customer service at Publix is outstanding. When I need assistance, there is usually an employee very close by. I’ve never had to search the store to find help, like at some other stores. Their produce department has a large variety of fresh, quality produce that is arranged attractively and seems to be continually refreshed. The same can be said for the deli, bakery, dairy, meat & seafood departments. The dry goods areas are always well-stocked, too. You can’t go wrong when shopping at Publix.”

“Just like family and they are hard workers very hard and do there jobs and help you when you need it bless all them I was out there in my wheelchair one winter day and pharmacist her self bless her and her famly as well she brought me out I think it was a Mocha coffee and was asking if I was warm I could come in she said and she’s also. Give me flu shots from my car I am a pairplegic and I sure think god we have people like this all the girls there are alsom and the men to of they are any !”

They are very friendly and never make you feel judged or have they ever been rude , unlike ingles pharmacy on Barber ...I highly recommend Kim's pharmacy, they are fast, and they have a program where they give u a free bottle of prenatal vitamins every month for the woman , So that's a plus !”
“My mom started having trouble with her inogen and we were hours from home. The guy here was very very sweet and helpful. We rented a tank just in case hers quit working while we were on vacation. He even met us at the shop on a day they werent open so we could return it. Such a wonderful person ❤”

“This pharmacy is well run, convenient, reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, sometimes there is a long line, but that's because the prices are good, probably the best in Waynesville, though I always recommend to check around if a medication is expensive.”

I have no problem with CVS and as far as I know there is no such thing as fish odor syndrome, but if there were, I believe this individual has something far worse going in their twisted little brain. Sorry CVS - we're trying to get google to do something about this fraudulent account, but so far nothing short of pressing charges will stop this.”

“I first went into Walgreens to get zepbound, which the other surrounding pharmacies could not get. I was very happy about that. But I had a coupon for it that the initial pharmacist could not apply, stating, "This coupon only works if your insurance covers the medication." I was so upset. Having to pay $1100 for it, when everyone in my group was paying half.The next time I went in to fill my prescription, I spoke with Aryanna. I mentioned that Eli Lilly stated that the coupon applies to those who have commercial insurance that does NOT cover the medication (It is brand new). She said, "Of course it does!". She was the most helpful young lady, who knew what she was doing. She applied my coupon after a little go around on the register and boom. "I got that discount for you!" I was so happy, I was jumping up and down. I cried when I left. I loved that experience at Walgreens. Particularly working with Aryanna. The initial interaction cost me an extra $550. But I am overlooking that. Hope Aryanna is there when I come back, or at least she trains the other young lady on how to apply these coupons!”
