“I shattered my heel and hip a couple years ago, so I ended up at Flynn’s doing rehab.
This gym is big, the equipment is in good condition. There are lots of options. It’s filled with good old guys and gals who are mostly relatively chill. The southern charm is legit here. The staff are super friendly, and I get to wear my booty shorts without too many men fainting or having an aneurism from all the skin on my thighs showing.
I highly recommend this place.”
