“Since June of 2020 through to this week, I have used the Weaverville UPS store four times, picking up items at a nearby antique auctioneer, packing the heavy and fragile items and shipping them to me. On each occasion, their prices are fair and they have not attempted taken advantage of me as have other packers and shippers. Whilst I have never actually been to the store in person, I have always dealt successfully with the employees via the telephone or via email. Nonetheless my experience has always been positive as their pricing is reasonable and the items have always arrived without damage.”

“It’s always a good experience going to the UPS Store. Sophie helped me print my book, twice, from a memory card. She bound 300 pages and had it ready within 15 minutes. Thank you!”

“I had a last-minute order I needed to get in. I’m from out of town and I’ve forgotten to print some documents when I ordered the print to be picked up. It said it would be picked up at 5 PM. I called to see if I could get it in any earlier and the woman on the phone told me she had just printed it and to come right in. They were extremely kind and accommodating”

“Have been purchasing from Staples for years. Generally, they have an extensive range of products at competitive prices even though they are competing with the online retailers with lower overhead. At this point, Staples is like an old friend who I can visit. I know what to expect.”

“Penny is so wonderful, I didn't receive a package that was really important to me and over the phone, she was SO helpful--gave me exact steps on how to get help, asked questions on my behalf to get to the bottom of the issue, and called me back on her lunch break to make sure I we were on the same page--she is wonderful!”
