I've Bought phones , watches and have 6 lines AFTER LEAVING VERIZON . Saturday WE spent over 2 hours just to release a line on my account so my son could keep his number who was talked to into a pay as go plan and has a NEW NUMBER AND HIS NUMBER IS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT! Waited over an hour for a call from customer service in store and never actually called hours after hours later and STILL haven't! Spent over an hour waiting for a call back on Sunday, and at least 3 more hours Sunday on the phone with T-Mobile to just get nowhere .

They always help me without much wait or any at all and they are SO HELPFUL with whatever is going on with my phone! They are also always very patient with me when my Traumatic Brain Injury makes things extra difficult for me to communicate or understand everything they’re saying. They also help me get the best deals they have at the time for my monthly bill! Everyone is SO NICE and knowledgeable that I don’t have to stress out anymore when my phone goes AWOL! ??I ❤️ & ? my local Verizon staff!!

This place was absolutely amazing when I came in totally panicked a few months ago. I carry with Straight Talk, but when my phone number and Sim card number were no longer registered under my phone, I had nowhere else to go. The staff were excellent and patient with me, and one worker stayed nearly thirty minutes past his scheduled time, stating he wasn't leaving until my phone worked again. Finally solved the problem after trying every truck in the book and managed to get ahold of a provider for Straight Talk to reassign my number and sim card to the phone so it worked again. The best part . . . absolutely no charge. They did this all out of the kindness of their hearts and I'm extremely grateful.

This Verizon store has been the most helpful and knowledgeable store I've been to in the Asheville area. They changed my old phone to a new one, set up new tablet and I learned alot from my salesperson, Andrea, about setting them up for convienent use.I listened to them help other customers, over 70 like me, and they are very patient with our lack of knowledge where technology is concerned.Hands down best Verizon store, in my opinion.

Everyone at this store was amazing. Very busy and under staffed so that gives a base. All staff was helpful and courteous. Adam was awesome and helped us decide on phone and service. We are seniors and technologically challenged so his input was incredibly helpful. Also Andrea was hands on and I was resigned to the fact that all pics of my special needs pup (now deceased were lost) She vowed she would recover them even though I felt it impossible but as true to word did. I am ecstatic. That said ... when we arrived she was helping an elderly woman and was so kind and patient. These days you do not see this kind of compassion anymore and it warmed my heart. She and Adam are the best and hopefully new hires will be as well as many have moved on. My advice is to be patient as it is well worth the wait. Many thanks to both of them,... L. Dunch

I had to get my new iPhone set up and was hesitant to go to this store because I had a terrible experience there about a year ago. However, working with Dakota was so helpful. He is knowledgeable, customer-centered and took the time to not only transfer my data, but also explain things to me in a way I could understand it. He also helped me out with other products I needed to purchase. I highly recommend this store.

My mom isn't the most tech-savvy person. Today we went to switch her over from US Cellular to Verizon as well as get a new phone (and add her to my phone plan). Dakota was extremely helpful. He explained all the options to my mom, how the transfer would work, etc. Fully explained everything so my mom understood what was happening and was satisfied when we left.I'm very happy with our experience, if I had any other reasons to deal with Verizon I'd happily have him help me again. 10/10, idk how much you pay your people but you should pay him more.

I came in with a crushed phone on a Sunday and Adam was very quick to assist in getting our phone back up and running. We updated phones, services and uploaded old phone to new. It was such a pleasant experience, I will definitely be going back to this location for future purchases/service.

I went here one time, for a job interview. While waiting for the interview I overheard multiple employees trying to push their sales pitch, completely disregarding the customers issue at hand and trying to push them into a new phone.. during the interview while talking to the top guy at the store, I learned this was business as usual. It was not only encouraged but expected. They didn’t care about customer satisfaction, they didn’t care about actually helping. The goal was sales, and lots of them.I was offered the job and wanted to wait 24 hours before accepting it, to make sure I was making the right decision (I had a very bad feeling overall). When I responded 24 hours later I was told I waited too long and they already gave the job to someone else. Felt like a bullet dodged there.

This store is fantastic! First of all, the team of people are smart and so friendly! Their attitude is "how can we help you?" So refreshing!!! I upgraded my wireless in home internet and it's fantastic and the team helped me get a great price on it. My account was a little complicated with several devices but they simplified it and actually Im now saving money. Thanks to Adam, Shawn and the entire team for such great service. I wont go anywhere else for my cellular and internet service needs and neither should you!

I was on vacation in north carolina and broke my phone. Adam took care of all my needs and was the most respectful verizon employee ive met. Id give a million gold stars if i could.
