So my wife and I did a day trip from Graham today.
It was totally worth it! If you're even thinking about going, do yourself a favor and just DO IT!
Take some money, NOT BECAUSE THEY OVER PRICE ANYTHING, but you will find great things you can't find at your local grocery store, especially in the meat market section.”
“My family and I stopped in for some publix subs. We travel regularly and this has been hands down our best experience with the sub crew. Mat and Raphael did amazing worked together when they ran out of meats needed one went to cut more the other continued to make sure great communication and very polite!! Mat was absolutely awesome working with my kids to order.”
“This Lowes food location has done a lot to improve over the last few years. They are carrying a wider variety of groceries, being much more responsive to requests for new items, having more and friendlier personnel on hand to answer questions, and keeping the shelves stocked consistently. They don't have the size to compare volume or variety to their Clemmons or larger locations, but they seem to be working hard to provide a better shopping alternative for the Arcadia area.”

“Almost every time I go to this location, they are giving out Boar's Head samples. Although I live 25 minutes away, this is one of the cleaner Lowes and the employees are the most helpful here. I love having a snack at the community table with my 6 year old granddaughter. She wants to work in the bakery!”
“I would venture to say this is the best Aldi in the Triad. Ultra Modern design that is very open and bright and has a great selection of the best produce and good quality, reasonably priced meat. The aisles are well stocked and the store is well-staffed with friendly helpful employees. The selection is very much the same as other Aldi stores but the environment is much better.”
“Clean. Mostly fresh produce. Broad selections to choose from. Like most foodlions each one carries its own stock. So go have a look see if you are in the area. Currently a bit of construction but not enough to say its in the way of parking and what not.”
“For those of us who despise the coldness of walmart, the lack of customer service and influx of people, food lion is a dream come true. It's a small grocery, but yet it gives off the vibe of small-town and the homey feeling. I always feel super comfortable in there, and everyone who's at the register is a delight to deal with. Fingers crossed, they don't drop the people at registers to utilize self check out because I will be furious, lol. I love food lion. They're also the only place around who carry Le Bleu waters, which is all we drink.”
“Whenever I visit Winston-Salem I shop at Lidl. They have a great meat selection, salmon, fresh produce, and yummy baked goods. I easily save 25% and everything is much fresher and more flavorful.
Note: the fresh green beans I purchased were not edible, I had to throw them out.😔”

“The cashier was so friendly and it was 15 min til closing with only one register open and in the past I always had disgruntle cashiers not too happy about me coming through bc I usually have a buggy full since I do my shopping all in one trip and I have to do it at the latest I can come bc my schedule being hectic doesnt allow for me to go any earlier and plus it's a lot less people in the store. However, this particular cashier was so quick and carried on a conversation in which she was fully engaged in so it wasn't like small talk, all while doing her job scanning and bagging and we were through in no time and I didn't hold up the line. Great customer service! Not sure of the cashier's name, what I think it is may not be it, so next time I'll see if she's there, I think she may be a lead but next time ill get her name to update this so maybe whoever reads this can have the same experience I had or heck maybe she'll get a raise bc she def deserves it!!”
“They recently remodeled and its looks great. You can see everything more clearly. They also now have a sushi bar which is so cool plus the massive wing bar. The deli looks great and you can now see everything more easily. The employee in charge of making sure the case is packed and the logo is done did their job great A+. The few things id complain about are the deli counter is way too tall for most people. I couldnt even see the person behind the counter. And the self checkout, they have the cube of self checkouts which are good but then they have the 12 items or less in the open but they dont have any self checkout with a counter for bigger orders. I like to use selfcheckout and get a whole cart full of on sale items and I coupon. So I need to be able to see if items ring up correctly. Also several items did not ring up the sales price, had to have someone manually input them. Over all im pretty impressed!”
“Local store, it's like being at home. They have had somev issues due to remodeling.
Now if they could add a salad bar to the hot bar they just put in, life would be grand! ❤”
“I drive past 2 food lions to come to this one. It's clean, well stocked, and the employees are always nice. They have a self serve hot bar now too, that's a nice addition!”
“Decent Food Lion. The one on hwy 150 has yet to install self-checkout, which my 7 yr old loves to use (hey anything to keep hey busy. Lol). And honestly, it is nice if you need to reevaluate the groceries you have in your cart and limit impulse purchases. But other than that, this Food Lion is nice and clean and stays open until 11pm!”

“What a wonderful little store that is very convenient to the area. The new owner is so friendly and makes you feel appreciated to come shop there. They have hotdogs, ice cream and make milk shakes. Prices are really good too. Love the quaint friendly atmosphere and love to shop a small business. I'm already telling a lot of people I meet in the area to stop by this gem❣️”

“After visiting several DG stores on Wednesday night (12/14), searching for our Composure O.N. pads, I made one last stop at store #21062. I was beyond perturbed with the employees and managerial staff at the prior stores for their unprofessionalism, ,as well as their below standard credentials. This item is a must have, and is very imperative that I have it. They provided me with conjured up reasons concerning why it was out of stock. I left unsatisfied, and I advised that I would be reporting them. Had it not been for Chastity Dean at this last location, I would've abandoned DG completely. She is the epitome of true customer service and hierarchy. She listened to the problem, discussed a possible solution, and assured a follow-up. She went above and beyond the call of duty.”
