“I went to Advance Auto this morning to replace a burned out headlamp. The associate looked it up, selected it from the shelf herself and rang me out. I got home and it wasn't right. I went back and they refused to return/exchange it because I opened it. THEIR MISTAKE, but wouldn't fix it. I drove across the street to O'Reilly where they not only had the correct part, but installed it for me on the spot in less than five minutes. A HUGE difference in customer service. Thank you O'Reilly for turning a bad experience at a competitor into a great experience. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was awesome!”
