“I had an amazing experience with this store last month. Im still in shock, I was looking for a Disney Chip and Dale table decor. I live in Houston Texas and my brother happen to be working 30 minutes away from this store in North Carolina. This store was the only one that showed having the item instock. I called and a lady there went to look for the item. She didnt find it at first we hung up told her thank you for looking. Not even 10minutes later, calls me back and tells me she found my product. I placed and online order and my brother was able to pick it up, with no problem. Great Customer Service!!!!”

“Besides the new extremely rude cashier who either doesn’t understand or pretends not to this is a nice store. Avoid her if you can she will ignore what you say and isn’t friendly at all. Like every store it’s starting to get overcrowded and the new stock is gone quickly. That being said it’s still the best one in the area and all of the other cashiers are nice and polite.”
“After moving into town over a year ago we've shopped here plenty of times and things have always gone well! Lots and lots of stuff we needed for setting up the house. And we have dogs and then we added a horse and tsc has plenty of stuff for all of them. Keep up the good work!”

“I love shopping at Ross. On a non-weekend day when the store is not crowded, I don't mind a little walking around perusing the merchandise. I especially like walking through housewares hoping to find that special something I must have. There are days I go through the dress racks and find 10 to try on. This makes me very happy. Now shoes, they are a disappointment every day of the week for me so I don't shop at Ross for shoes. Along with the clothing, the pillows, towels, kitchenware, etc. are all great bargains. Let me add that today, there was one register open. I suppose one person was taking a break. Meanwhile, there were multiple loss security staff on hand. Ajay, I have noticed price increases that may be due to the tariffs and rising fuel costs. I still found a few nice things and two pairs of sneakers, Adidas and DKNY!”

“Visited store for the first time in a while to buy items for my son's science project. Not much had changed - still had a good inventory of seasonal and every day items. We were able to source 8/9 items needed (a yo-yo away from perfection) - not bad at all! Checkout took a while as only one register was open. Less than $10 out the door. It ain't perfect but it's predictable, reliable and useful!”

There was a time Belk seemed to rich for me. I think that was because of my Mom, God rest her Soul. 3 things you didn’t ask for, 1- was you didn’t ask to go to Belk, 2- You didn’t ask to go to Charlotte and 3- you didn’t ask for Shrimp at the Fish Camp. I’m being comical but that was the way it was growing up poor. Belk is still a moderately exclusive store, but bargains are to be had. I can’t wait till there buy 1 get 2 free sale. Yeah, you heard that right. Buy 1 get 2 free. I bought 3 70.00 Canvas coats last year. 2 for me and 2 for my son who works in the cold.”
“Well organized Walmart. Nothing special but fashion section generally don’t have variety compared to pineville Walmart (10 min across )

“We went for a Pokemon drop last Friday and the management team did an outstanding job. Especially Louis, he made sure people were organized and everyone got a fair chance to buy the products. They organized the checkout process as well. Best drop ever. I shop here all the time and it’s the best target around. From stock to the team of target it’s always a fantastic experience.”

“Was getting some water at this Location a young man named Cedric an associate of the store without hesitation notice I couldn't reach the water stopped doing what he was doing and got my water for me even asked was there anything else he could help me with. What a hard working man nice gentleman”
“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”

“I would like to give a shout out to an employee at the Walmart Super-center on the Galleria Boulevard in Matthews on Saturday 3/25/23...Her name was Aniya and her personality and professionalism was as large as her smile. She was very inviting as I entered the Self check out area. I was having pricing issues with an item and she was back-and-forth trying to help me resolve it. Still with that smile and little jokes along to cheer me up during the frustration. After that was resolved the Credit card swiper was not working properly . She said don't worry she knew how to fix it and in no time she did! I was out in no time! THANK YOU ANIYA and WALMART for hiring an A+ Employee!”
