“Besides the new extremely rude cashier who either doesn’t understand or pretends not to this is a nice store. Avoid her if you can she will ignore what you say and isn’t friendly at all. Like every store it’s starting to get overcrowded and the new stock is gone quickly. That being said it’s still the best one in the area and all of the other cashiers are nice and polite.”

“I did all of my daughter's school shopping for clothes here and Tenisha was phenomenal ? She really went above and beyond for us, even opening up a register to ring us up in Cosmetics because the line was so long, when during this visit + on 3 other occasions, multiple other employees just stood around, staring at us or chit-chatting with one another, while everyone waited in the checkout for close to an hour to be rang up!
This is definitely costing Belk's money because on one occasion, we waited so long, with a very rambunctious 3 year old, that I put my items back and left without getting anything. Give Tenisha a raise! ?”
