“So fat each experience has been good. I only get here every couple of months when visiting. This time I returned a pie with no issues at all. It was so nice! A young man in the meat department offered to make me a meatloaf mix since there weren't any in the case. That to was quite nice!”
“I generally like Food Lion. The prices are usually very good. The people that work there are very friendly, and available to help locate items that are hard to find. My only complaint would be the produce section. Compared to other stores the selections are usually poor, and I have often found it difficult to get exactly what we are looking for. When need lot of produce items I find it better to shop at other businesses.”

“I love this Publix. I’m a huge fan of their pharmacy. They really offer top notch service. They do all the hard work dealing with the insurance company and Dr’s office when it comes to prior authorizations. It blows my mind how frustrating it is these days to get prescriptions you need! It is typically the insurance company or Dr office where the issues are. But the pharmacy usually get the upset customers. I’m guilty of it myself. They also offer certain antibiotics for free. Idk of any other pharmacy that does. If I could afford to buy all my groceries from there, I would just for the service!”
“Good place to shop. Prices are great and very affordable. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. I do use multiple stores to do my grocery shopping but Food lion is quick, cheap and convenient.”

“This a great spot to get Greek items. It's a little off the beaten path but worth the trip. It is tucked away so you may not see it initially. The guy who helped us was super nice. They have great gyros meat, fresh real feta cheese and chocolate that is to die for! They also large seasoning and herb containers that are much cheaper than Walmart. They only take cash or checks so be prepared.”

“I love an ALDI shop and this one was great. Clean parking lot, well stocked shelves, neat merchandise and a short-ish wait at the checkout. Yay!ALDI doesn't have everything but what they do have it good quality and the prices are excellent. I love their steaks and I've bought a good few pork roasts from ALDI that are cheaper than anything at Public or Harris-Teeter.Remember to bring your shopping bags and remember to bring a quarter to borrow the shopping cart and you'll have a positive experience.”
“I love their convenient pharmacy!! I've been using it since they opened in 2006-07. Very pleasant staff. The store carries some items that I can't find easily elsewhere, like Deep-dish frozen pie shells & Silk Protein Milk (Cashew & Almond). The store is always clean and well stocked. I would like to see paper bags easily accessible in the self checkout lanes.”

“Prices have increased here like everywhere. Not a real big store but employees do well at keeping shelves re-stocked. I was in store around 5pm and there were plenty of cashiers working. No long wait and no self checkouts. This alone impressed me!”
“The store is well stocked. Bakery clerks immensely helpful at this location. I chose this store over Huntersville since the latter was simply rude by phone.
Sadly, the lovely birthday cake I picked up for my friend was shockingly dry. I was even humiliated at how tough it was. I have purchased Whole Foods vanilla cakes with buttercream frosting for many special occasions in another city and always found them to be incredibly moist and delicious. I'll speak with a manager before ordering my next cake to get a freshness guarantee.”

“HT an Austin Village always out of many sales items on Thursdays and meat department doesn’t open until 10 am which is ludicrous!!! Many out of date products in meat dept. Even though this store is convenient I go to Publix where I can get what I need when I need it and not wait until 10am to get meat and seafood! Would like to add the service in front of store are excellent!!!!! I shop this store several times a week but it’s disappointing they r out of product on sale day starts.”

“The staff at Food Lion is always pleasant and helpful. Those who have worked there for years are very nice and helpful. The items they carry cover everything you might need. Very good store. (I prefer the old style register system before Food Lion upgraded all its stores to use half self check outs. Too bad everyone now uses these computer registers as it puts many many people out of work)”
“This gas station /snack grill is a pleasant surprise located on the outskirts of Monroe. I happened upon this establishment one morningand was surprised when I walked in there was a little grill to the right of the front door. Although I was on a diet I could not refrain from ordering their homemade bacon egg and cheese sandwich cooked on the grill. Also the bathrooms were very clean. Next time I'm in the area I'm going to stop in and see what else I can try from their little menu.”

“It is Conviently located in Matthew's and near my neighborhood. Every time I visit thus location, they are always fully stocked and have everything from the deli section, cooked foods, produce & wine section. All employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I never have to wait in long lines. If they see a line puling up, they will open more and get everyone moving right along. They always have sales for MVP card holders. This is located in a shopping center beside a Dollar Tree with plenty of parking. If you just need something quick and don't feel like visiting a Walmart or target, def recommend stopping by this location.”

Its BUDGET Friendly, , usually well stocked and although the "Brand Name" Specific may NOT be what is available BUT the Price is MUCH more affordable and the Quality is absolutely just as good & saving 2/3 dollars!! On my opinion some of the Aldi brands, are a Cut above in taste in comparison!!”
“This is our preferred local grocery, with a good range of goods and most household supplies. It now belongs to Kroger, so you can also find some Kroger own-brand products, notably some organic products.
The range of fresh fruit and vegetables is also larger than at the main competitor, Food Lion, and despite Harris Teeter having a more upmarket feel than Food Lion, in fact some things are cheaper at Harris Teeter. Brier's ice-cream is NOT one of those things, and is significantly cheaper at Food Lion.”
