“Theresa's a long line in drive through so I went into store open for takeout only I was promptly serve took maybe 10 minutes to fill my order everything was fresh and hot. My only thing is I think zaxbys is over priced and you can't get a bucket of chicken. It was my first visit to a zaxbys. So I don't know these things. Food is good,I will go back again”

“I dont generally make reviews on google. But I cant believe people are so dense. First off, its a TA not a Chevron. You dont get showers at a Chevron, you dont get vehicle service at a chevron and you dont get as much parking or food options at a chevron. Its a truck stop, prices will be inflated to cover operation costs. Simply buying fuel there doesnt earn you privileges, you get rewards and all they ask is for you to sign up first. If you know you would shower there but didnt sign up and had time to complain, you had time, about 2 minutes, to sign up. All you have to do now is contact their office and have the receipt credited to your account, simply pay for your mistake. Be glad you have the option to redeem lost or uncredited receipts within their time frame. Some if not most truck stops have free air for truckers and I always see four wheelers taking up an isle to get free air, which is crazy to me but whatever. Whats a dollar or two gonna do to you. Taking up an isle and wasting truckers time is minimum $20. They have vaccuums at truck washes for a dollar, dont mind spending it even tho im about to spend $100 on a truck wash. Also, what do we care about your lineage. Im not sure what got that one person agitated but no one is required to accept you. If a TA staff member said something, theyre probably doing mankind a service. Whether they need training or not is subjective. Doesn't matter if they asked a question and you didnt like their rebuttal. Whatever it was, I dont see the need to have told your lifestory. Most of their income comes from selling diesel to truckers. All gas buying individuals could spend $200 at the store and not make them as much profit as truckers on a slow day. If you need service, and are a professional driver. There's no need to leave out any concerns. Make them all heard, or youll get exactly what you asked for. Plain and simple. Another thing, you should know how many are in line by looking at a wall with service request paperwork. If not, ask. Let them know every detail of your concerns and requests so that youre all on the same page and are satisfactory. Dont just accept a response as final and figure things out. You wouldnt be a real trucker to me if you dont at minimum ask questions. No need to be persistent, thats four wheeler mentality. Just ask questions, be respectful and courteous.”

“No real Restraunt here, Popeyes, and Buger King I think. Lot was packed at 5pm. Sunday. I get it...kinda. Lots of dropped trailers in the easy to back onto reserved parking. Nice people here.”
