We had an appointment to have propane and fireplace hooked up tomorrow (new service) and with the pending winter storm and more Ice predicted, I called and talked to Molly to see if they could move the appointment to today so if we lose power we will have a fireplace working and some kind of heat. Molly didn’t hesitate to move it for us and totally understood the scenario. Y’all have been nothing but AMAZING from setting up appointment, rescheduling and customer service!”

“We have always loved going to Harris Teeter. They have the best fresh produce of any grocery store, 2nd only to the Farmer's Market. Their Pharmacy is great too, they really take the time to get to know you and any allergies you may have and go out of their way to help you when you need it. “My gas station of preference. Had a car in the past that only liked Shell gas. I put BP in and she sputtered for almost 2 weeks took it to a shop and the guy said it was the gas, try Shell and she ran great and now, that is all I use. Will ride past 6 stations to find a Shell.”

In fact, I questioned a price on some chicken wire and they asked, “well, what do you think it should be?” I gave a price and they sold it for that! I like them!”

“I stopped here at this gas station numerous times. Today I was having the worst day ever and ran out of gas. I had forgotten my wallet and the lady paid for my gas. She put $20 in my car. She saw I had my little girl with me. I came back to pay her back and she told me she wouldn’t except it and all she asked was for me to pay it forward. Another time I had come in and my daughter had to use the restroom and I was pumping my gas. My daughter was done with using the bathroom and the same lady was talking to her and actually bought her a juice and some gum with my permission. She is amazing and made me cry knowing we have good people like still in this world. I believe her name was Felica. I have seen her help the elderly pump gas during the winter so they didn’t have to get out of the car. I will continue to come back just to see her!!! Great job and always a clean store and clean restrooms. God bless her!!”
