“A wonderful filling station inspite of the heavy business it receives. Their prices for automotive fuel products are in line due to the two nearby gas stations near the Hwy 53 and I-40 interchange, and close to Burgaw, NC city limit. This store is operated by one, possibly two store attendants and was designed more towards selling gasoline or diesel fuel opposed to opening up the office for the public. The other nearby filling stations are quick marts, which the public can purchase goods, sandwiches and other miscellaneous items. I frequent this station because they offer Non-Ethanol gasoline, which is a little pricey, but the 93 octane once per month is purely for burning off built up carbon for all our vehicle engines to operate a little cleaner. In most stops, it's relatively quick and having immediate access to the many vending machines that are close to the fuel pumps.”
“Usually have the best gas prices in Wallace. I don't have to go inside a store to pay for gas either just drive up after pumping and pay at the booth. Also, it is the only place in town that I can just drive through to get a pack of cigarettes.”

“I got a Cracker Barrel $25 gift card free today from using their rewards card. The reward cards are free so why not get some free stuff from getting gas there or doing some of your online ordering through their Speedway Shopping Mall once you get your card and account set up. You can really earn some good points if you order through their online Shopping Mall. This makes about 4 free gift cards I have got so far. This station is always competitive on gas prices, clean store and restrooms. Employees are always friendly, patient and helpful if you need help with things that you are not sure how to do yourself. Also, they always have gloves available for pumping gas and hand sanitizer.”

“They're nice and professional and clean at this store. Although, I went into the bathroom a few months ago and as soon as I looked down I saw a needle in the toilet. I went straight back out and told the cashier. I've never used a needle but I hope they tested it and put charges on the person that left it there.”

“I like that Exxon is one of the brand names that carry gas that is Top Tier Certified Gas. I think Top Tier Gas is worth paying a little extra for if you plan on keeping your vehicle for a long time or put a lot of miles on your vehicle. It is important to remember that all gasoline is not created equal just like many other products you purchase. But this visit, the gas was the same price or lower than other stations in town whose gas is not Top Tier. Top Tier Gasoline has additives blended in by the Certified Top Tier Brands that help keep your internal engine cleaner and help prevent sludge build up, but you definitely still need to keep your oil and filter, air filter changed at the manufacturers suggested mileage or calendar time, whichever comes first to keep your internal engine cleaner also!”

“Coasted into pump 12 on my way south. Holding about $100 in Walmart Gift Cards that I was told in New Bern that I could use at any Murphy’s…turns out that’s not true. Jay the Manager and Casey the assistant Manager were cool as a fan. Spotted me $10 until I can pay it forward. Life wouldn’t be so hard if there were more Jay and Casey’s. Really wish I could do more for them then just leave a review.”

“Omg! The hot food is delicious. Just stopped in for a drink and saw the hot food counter. All the food was put into to-go containers, so it's a little hard to see how good the food is. But I'm pretty good at being able to tell. I was right! I got broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes, and spaghetti. The lady behind the counter told me about the better deal if you get three things. She was very pleasant and had a wonderful smile! I'm sure she deserves a raise! It all tasted like homemade and is really cheap. Whoever the cook is is doing fantastic! This is a hidden gem I'm sure. Much better and cheaper and quicker than fast food!!”
