“Nikki and Tony helped me and my four kids get passports. They helped me with knowledge that wasn’t listed on the website that I would need to know to make sure that my passport cleared. They were helpful. They were kind. They were knowledgeable. And it was delight to work with them.”

“Shaquasia's smile lights up a room. She is professional, kind, and customer oriented. This is the type of person that I would want on my leadership team, in addition to a monetary raise! Stay beautiful Shaquasia!”

“Have dropped off many prepaid packages at this location and have consistently had a good experience with this location. Never had any issue with my packages being scanned in and reaching their destinations on time. This is juxtaposed to the main Fuquay location which recently screwed up big time with a recent drop off. That experienced has reaffirmed my decision to only trust my parcels at this location.”

“I had an amazing experience at this location! The visit was quick, smooth, and much more pleasant than I expected. Steve provided outstanding customer service—he was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you leave a post office feeling this satisfied, but Steve truly made the difference. Highly recommend this location! ?”
