“The employees are AMAZING!! I went in for my passport and although some of my documents weren't perfect, she said let's try it anyway since you're here. Well, I got my passport just fine and was so thankful for the suggestion to at least try. I will definitely be making this my primary post office.”

“Israel at the Kipling USPS location is wonderful. I had 115 packages to drop off for my business today and he could not have been kinder or more helpful. His cheerful attitude and willingness to help get our products shipped out safely and promptly is so appreciated. After MANY issues at other local post office locations giving me extreme anxiety about shipping our products, the kindness and helpfulness is a breath of fresh air. I won't be going to any other locations again!!”

“I went in on a Saturday during holiday season to mail a package expecting the worst. Was pleased to find they ran a tight shop. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I was in and out in just a few minutes.”

“Just had a new passport application submitted, even if your old passport is expired if you still have it, take it with you, with that you don’t need to find your birth certificate, ss card. You do need your drivers license, photo copy of your license front and back, and you can pay for the passport and processing fee together with a debit card if you remember your pin.. If you don’t, make sure you bring your personal checks, then you can write a personal check for the passport application, and then pay the local post office fee with credit card. The very helpful woman who took care of the passport application process was super nice, and the gentleman up front was super nice as well. Do stand in line and tell the clerk you’re there for an appointment for passport and they’ll buzz the back and have you stand at another door. Process was under 15 min.”
