I recently acquired a new storage unit at Ample Storage Center located in Apex and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by the incredible team of Susan and Betty; what an absolute delight they are!
Susan greeted me with a friendly smile and made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Betty took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. And Tony—he was very thorough when it came to picking up the truck that I had reserved.
It’s rare to find such a helpful, kind, and personable team. They each went above and beyond to ensure I my needs were met. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who truly make the difference.
If you’re looking for storage with exceptional customer service, look no further. Ample Storage Center — and especially Susan, Betty, and Tony — have earned my highest recommendation!

“We've rented a 10x10 unit with Almost Home Storage for a year now and we couldn't have been treated better. I saw another review about the business not working with you and that's just a load of "you know what". We always received top notch service from the ladies here. They respond in a timely manner, they call and email to give you a courtesy reminder that your rent is past due before assessing any fees. If you run into a hardship and you let them know they work with you (we were late 3x once due to our son being in the hospital and having to pay medical bills, the late fee was waved, the others because my husband forgot.) They have an online payment portal so making a payment is very easy to do, no need to use the dropbox or come by the office, it registers to your account and no late fees are assessed up until midnight on the 5th. They offer a military discount and most importantly they treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure you aren't paying more than you need to IF you are willing to take the time and show them the same courtesy and respect. They can't fix everything, but they do their best. I would recommend them to anyone and the rates are very reasonable.”

“Nice place they need to spring for some porta johns . Only restroom is in the office during business hrs .Then is not available when she goes to lunch .This is poor customer service in my opinion .In the end this will be a deal breaker for me .I am 70 yrs old dealing with prostate cancer a restroom is important to me .This is to me is a no class situation. Management can and should do better .”
“I needed a dump trailer to haul construction debris to the landfill. I remembered seeing trailers for rent at Piney Grove Storage. I rented the trailer for what I thought was a very reasonable price. While I was there, I met Kelly. She was personable, polite and friendly. PGS is very close to my home and was extremely convenient. In the future, I am definitely going to rent from PGS for all my big-trailer needs! I am a supporter of small businesses; you won’t be disappointed with this small business.”
