“I needed a large amount of open storage to temporarily store some large business fixtures. The space that they offered me fit my needs way better than a conventional individual storage unit. In fact, I would be hard pressed to even fit my stuff in a conventions storage facility, so in that respect, they have become indispensable to me. Staff were very accommodating to show the space during the tour of the facility and usually have someone to operate their forklift to unload and place palletized loads into the storage space.”

“When our daughter graduated from Campbell University we needed to find a storage unit. I called a few places and the owners here were just so great we decided to rent from them. The units are so clean ... we were beyond impressed. The owners live onsite and are very available should you have issues. This past weekend we moved our stuff out. Again, it went great....The locker was so clean, hardly any dust on anything. We had a mattress set and it had no dampness or mildew of any kind. I cannot reccommend this place enough!!!”

“Very pleasant management. I'm not good at doing things online so I had my daughter book, should be able to book when your talking to a live person. I needed the storage for two weeks, didn't even stay that long. Was told the price, was satisfied. But to my surprise I found out that they only charged me for a couple of days, what was left of the days of the month when I parked the trailer. Then I had to pay for the new month, the entire month was not told about it at the time I talked to management. All in all thought the facility felt safe even though I never saw anyone there. Cameras and tidy. I called to cancel so they would not charge for another month, was only able to leave voice message as no one answered phone but have been good to call back another time. if I needed the storage again I would rent again, if they didn't ban me for this post.”

“Move in was made very easy for me. However my paperwork gave a gate code, the email gave another gate code and my contract gave another hidden in one of the emails was a 4th. I didn't need to go there but to move in and out plus one other time. But not finding or realizing which was which, nobody on site, getting voice mail. Cost me more in time while paying for movers. But the people were very nice and price was great.”

They took special care with the antiques and they were very courteous.The owner "Robert" was extremely nice and went out of his way for us. He also came by on move day to make sure all was o.k. “Harris lake boat storage is great, less than a minute from the marina.They offer plenty of parking spaces for boats, trailers etc. The staff is top notch, super friendly. The facility is clean with lots of storage units to store your stuff, and climate controlled units as well. This is by far the best storage facility I have rented, I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“We've rented a 10x10 unit with Almost Home Storage for a year now and we couldn't have been treated better. I saw another review about the business not working with you and that's just a load of "you know what". We always received top notch service from the ladies here. They respond in a timely manner, they call and email to give you a courtesy reminder that your rent is past due before assessing any fees. If you run into a hardship and you let them know they work with you (we were late 3x once due to our son being in the hospital and having to pay medical bills, the late fee was waved, the others because my husband forgot.) They have an online payment portal so making a payment is very easy to do, no need to use the dropbox or come by the office, it registers to your account and no late fees are assessed up until midnight on the 5th. They offer a military discount and most importantly they treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure you aren't paying more than you need to IF you are willing to take the time and show them the same courtesy and respect. They can't fix everything, but they do their best. I would recommend them to anyone and the rates are very reasonable.”

“I called early in the morning asking to acquire a unit for that evening. I spoke with the attendant. She was not going to be working that evening - however, she gave me her cell phone and when I came into town - I called her and she returned to the store to fill out the paperwork and make sure I had my unit. She did this after hours, on her own time and with a smile. I think this is outstanding service - the kind of service everyone would love to receive but seldom do. Only restroom is in the office during business hrs .Then is not available when she goes to lunch .This is poor customer service in my opinion .In the end this will be a deal breaker for me .I am 70 yrs old dealing with prostate cancer a restroom is important to me .This is to me is a no class situation. Management can and should do better .”
