“We've rented a 10x10 unit with Almost Home Storage for a year now and we couldn't have been treated better. I saw another review about the business not working with you and that's just a load of "you know what". We always received top notch service from the ladies here. They respond in a timely manner, they call and email to give you a courtesy reminder that your rent is past due before assessing any fees. If you run into a hardship and you let them know they work with you (we were late 3x once due to our son being in the hospital and having to pay medical bills, the late fee was waved, the others because my husband forgot.) They have an online payment portal so making a payment is very easy to do, no need to use the dropbox or come by the office, it registers to your account and no late fees are assessed up until midnight on the 5th. They offer a military discount and most importantly they treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure you aren't paying more than you need to IF you are willing to take the time and show them the same courtesy and respect. They can't fix everything, but they do their best. I would recommend them to anyone and the rates are very reasonable.”

“Just left a 1-star review for the 808 center U-Haul, where the guy there yelled at me on the phone and said there was nothing he could do for me, despite my reservation. This location on the other hand was phenomenal. I spoke to Tory here, and he was exceedingly helpful. He not only apologized for the past experience I had but walked me through the options I had to re-book, explained everything, and made sure I was taken care of. Not a lot of people out there that operate like Tory did, slowing down and taking the time to help someone out, even if I wasn't his customer (he got me booked elsewhere). An absolutely standout experience and a great guy!”
“Good deal for the first few months, then they jack up the rate. Absolutely impossible to reach anyone or do anything via any phone number. Prompting system does nothing. I had to drive there and luckily meet someone there. Clean facility and gentleman there who helped me was nice.”

“Nice place they need to spring for some porta johns . Only restroom is in the office during business hrs .Then is not available when she goes to lunch .This is poor customer service in my opinion .In the end this will be a deal breaker for me .I am 70 yrs old dealing with prostate cancer a restroom is important to me .This is to me is a no class situation. Management can and should do better .”

“I needed a large amount of open storage to temporarily store some large business fixtures. The space that they offered me fit my needs way better than a conventional individual storage unit. In fact, I would be hard pressed to even fit my stuff in a conventions storage facility, so in that respect, they have become indispensable to me. Staff were very accommodating to show the space during the tour of the facility and usually have someone to operate their forklift to unload and place palletized loads into the storage space.”
“Just rented a place from these folks yesterday. I had my code in my inbox within minutes. I actually went to the location that same day and was unable to get in with the code. Called for support and it was impeccable. The person on the phone (can't remember his name but had a Spanish accent) was awesome. He left the call to get support from someone else and within minutes Casey reach out with a temporary code. I rarely review places like this but the service was so good I had to. Hope someone from the organization reviews these! After only a couple days I highly recommend!”

“When our daughter graduated from Campbell University we needed to find a storage unit. I called a few places and the owners here were just so great we decided to rent from them. The units are so clean ... we were beyond impressed. The owners live onsite and are very available should you have issues. This past weekend we moved our stuff out. Again, it went great....The locker was so clean, hardly any dust on anything. We had a mattress set and it had no dampness or mildew of any kind. I cannot reccommend this place enough!!!”

“Ample Storage is right. The storage facility has a lot units that can store everything from a small bedroom to your entire garage if you really need to extra space to drop your stuff off.
The front end staff person was really helpful, honest, and forth coming. They did not attempt to haggle me for random add ons or additional products. Just let me know what I needed to hear, how much it will cost per month and that was that. Getting in and out of this facility is a breeze and they have carts to help you move your items in and out of the storage.
Matter of fact as a key point. During the snow storm this year (February 2025) ; they ensured those of us who needed to get things out or in would be able even as the snow started to drop and cover the roads.”
