“Very pleasant management. I'm not good at doing things online so I had my daughter book, should be able to book when your talking to a live person. I needed the storage for two weeks, didn't even stay that long. Was told the price, was satisfied. But to my surprise I found out that they only charged me for a couple of days, what was left of the days of the month when I parked the trailer. Then I had to pay for the new month, the entire month was not told about it at the time I talked to management. All in all thought the facility felt safe even though I never saw anyone there. Cameras and tidy. I called to cancel so they would not charge for another month, was only able to leave voice message as no one answered phone but have been good to call back another time. if I needed the storage again I would rent again, if they didn't ban me for this post.”

“Move in was made very easy for me. However my paperwork gave a gate code, the email gave another gate code and my contract gave another hidden in one of the emails was a 4th. I didn't need to go there but to move in and out plus one other time. But not finding or realizing which was which, nobody on site, getting voice mail. Cost me more in time while paying for movers. But the people were very nice and price was great.”
