“G Maps keeps sending me notifications to leave a review. I used Maps to get here for a road service call, my customer's truck died and he coasted in here when they were closed. Seems like a nice place, been in business for a while, always go with your local independent shop, they need your repeat business, they will treat you right. The chain can screw you, lose you, but their advertising keeps them busy. Happy repeat customers are the best advertising. Now maybe Google will stop bugging me.”

“I’m really almost speechless how amazing everyone was here. I heard air coming out of my tire when I had stopped and I just typed in “the closest tire shop” in Google Maps and lucked out finding this shop.
I pulled in and went inside getting a nice greeting and two gentleman immediately came out, filled my tire, and took it into a garage spot. The gentleman who plugged my tire was so nice and quick and the desk associate was very nice as well.
What could have ruined my day was a nice experience and even though this shop is 25 minutes from my home I will go out of my way to come here when I need tires.

“Just WOW - I brought my mother’s Lincoln to NTB Fuquay on Saturday, October 11. The level of customer care we received was unmatched. Before we fully exited the car, Sarah approached us to ask how she could help. I told her our TPMS light was on so we needed air but also needed a safety check for each of the tires. She directed us to the waiting room while they inspected the tires. I was pleased to see how clean the waiting room was. A few minutes later Sarah came back and asked that we step into the bay where the car was. We were greeted by Julian who kindly and so patiently explained what he found while answering ALL of our questions and concerns. We trust Julian and his (no-pressure at all!) recommendations-they obviously truly care about their customers…and it shows. I normally go to the dealerships in Cary for all of our car care needs but it’s nice to see such excellent customer care close to home in Fuquay. We’ll definitely entrust our cars to Julian at NTB.”

“I went in for an inspection, new brakes and oil change. I was told I couldn't get a passing inspection without a full set of tires. So I added tires to the list. I will say they have great coupons to help out, but I would have given a 5 if I could have set up a later dated appt to then get tires, because the total amount with everything was rough, but I couldn't. I will continue to go here and I don't necessarily feel I'm getting the "run around" becauase the tires were not in the best shape. Overall they are above average.”
