“Element Barclay Station is a fantastic apartment complex! The leasing office is always attentive, kind and helpful and the maintenance staff usually resolves an issue within 24 hours of placing it. I love the pool area, especially the cabanas and the grilling area is perfect for a family bbq or friend gathering. The location of the complex is stellar with Stone Theater at The Pointe being within walking distance of my place. The restaurants are so delicious and the neighborhood is incredibly safe. I love it here!”
“This has hands down been the best apartment complex I have lived in for numerous reasons. The location is great, it's a quick drive to the beach, dining, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The staff and maintenance workers are kind and fast to help with any need either big or small. The units themselves have a lot of character and functionality. If I weren't moving states this complex would be the easiest renewal yet!”
“I love living here. They are always doing something for the tenants, it’s beautiful, the apartments are spacious and it’s so cozy!!!! Kuanta Redd was very helpful and prompt, came very quickly, and fixed my minor maintenance issue! Glad to have him on the team as new maintenance guy.”

“I lived there for about 3 years and just recently moved out. When I first got the tour, I was happy about my new home. Moving into the apartment was not as described as when I took the tour. It was not on first floor, did not have washer and dryer, did not have ceiling fans and did not have light countertop. I will not base this review on a former employee that stopped working right after my tour. This 5 star review is for how amazing the staff was my 3 years of living there. I am forever grateful for Caitlin.”
“My husband and I went to an open house in Burgaw and met Lauren Ricks Tucker. She was nice and easy to talk to. When we left,my husband said if we get a realtor we will get her!!! Well after several showings of homes in Burgaw and couldn't quite find what we were looking for. She showed us a property for a new construction. So we decided to go with that to get exactly what we wanted. Lauren and her Dad , Art Ricks worked together and made the experience very easy .”
