“This is a newer store that used to be a Rite Aid. The store itself is huge with well spread out rows of things. It is very clean and they have a wide variety. The man helping me was nice and tried his best to help. I liked this store more than some of the other auto part stores cause it was new and fresh.”

“If you go anywhere for your basic auto needs, other than O'Reilly in Wilmington--you are simply: missing out.I have been there multiple times, and the entire staff is helpful. They have helped me fix my car twice, where it would have been a hefty bill from the mechanic.The last time I was there, the individual that helped me was the district manager. He was incredibly generous, and humble.I am sorry, I cannot recall his name. However, it was the effort I cannot forgetIn conclusion, the store has saved me time, money, and most of all provided the small town personal service from when people treated you like family.”

“There was a young man there on Monday in the morning. He had an exceptional knowledge of cars and history. Hands down best service at an auto parts store. Highly recommend going to the o Reilly's that's closest to the north campus of Cape Fear Community College. First time I had been to this one and for the life of me I am unable to remember the guy's name but I was impressed with his I can do attitude and customer service. That's something that is rarely seen anymore, but an asset for any company. I will be going back to that location.”
