    The lines are always ridiculously long and to the point where I chose to only use the ATM. Too bad they’re never serviced and aren’t available more often than not. Switching banks because why keep my money somewhere I can’t do any business.

    If you have business other than a teller transaction, prepare for a long wait otherwise known as terrible customer service.

    I can easily see why they only have 1 star. Its 9:47 am and still can't get a live person to answer the phone.
