About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental receives mixed reviews from customers. Some experiences are positive, with smooth check-in and return processes and friendly, helpful staff who can accommodate special requests. Customers report getting clean vehicles and excellent service that can change their loyalty from other companies.
Other experiences highlight several problems. Reservations are not always honored, with customers not receiving their booked vehicle type or having to wait. Vehicles are sometimes provided unclean, with trash inside, or with strong smoke smells. There can also be communication issues between local agents and corporate policies, leading to confusion over procedures. Some vehicle types, like sports cars, are noted as impractical for certain customers.

Casey was a pleasure to work with. This our 2nd time using budget at this location. There was a small issue and Casey came through. Will be using again because of the great customer service.
