“My experience at the ILM (Wilmington, NC airport) was beyond good, it was exemplary customer service! The counter associates were helpful, knowledgeable and attentive! When I got to the car I had rented, I had trouble closing the rear door. I stopped two Enterprise associates (Alex and Chandler) who could not have been nicer, most helpful and sincerely nice! They showed me how to operate the door without making me feel incapable!I will always use Enterprise for my rental car needs in the future!!”
