Castle Hayne, NC location is great and has wonderful staff, however they did need more staff. The phone was ringing off the hook and there was a line. I asked about it and they said this was an everyday occurrence. So just plan for maybe a 15- 30 minute wait. Not horrible at all for the great service and product.

The service was great and friendly. Aubrey was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were in a vehicle that worked for our needs. Will definitely use Enterprise. and this location again.
