About FedEx OnSite
FedEx OnSite provides package drop-off and shipping services. The experience can vary. Some customers report helpful and patient staff who assist with printing prepaid labels. Others note that customer service could be better, with staff sometimes seeming inattentive to waiting lines. The location may not always stock basic supplies like FedEx envelopes, requiring a purchase. Finding the business can also be difficult, as its posted location may not be accurate or clearly visible from the road.

I dropped off a FedEx package here. I had a prepaid label in my email to use. Taylor helped me get it printed and on the package to get shipped out. She was so sweet and patient with me. Thank you!

Needed to FedEx some documents. Was surprised to find that they didn't have any FedEx envelopes and had to buy an envelope.
