The lady who handled the paperwork and delivery arrangements, Angel, was true to her name, as construction jobs at our home forced us to keep pushing back the delivery date, and she showed incredible patience with us and accommodated us. The delivery guys Dante and Brad came on time and worked hard not only to set up our furniture, but also to adjust a couple of things that were a little off. “Fantastic service from start to finish!We, The State Port Pilot, needed help disassembling and reassembling our cubicle system for carpet replacement at our Southport, NC office. The staff at Thrifty were very responsive to our original inquiry and professional and easy to work through every aspect of our experience.The on-site crew did an incredible job. They were prompt, arriving exactly as scheduled. Their efficiency in taking apart the cubicles and fitting them into the limited areas out of the way of the carpet installers was amazing. Two days later they were back as promised and were able to reassemble the walls and desks in a different configuration with no problems or missing parts. Jay was instrumental in helping us figure out how to make our existing components work in new ways!We highly recommend this great company.”

“I absolutely could not love this shop more! They have such an amazing eclectic selection from art work and furniture to antiques and oddities. All the staff are kind and welcoming. The store is organized but still offers a seek and find atmosphere giving the thrill of the hunt. Their prices are very reasonable, making great treasures attainable without costing an arm and a leg. Even if you leave without making a purchase, you leave happy from seeing all the cool things!

Whatever room you want to furnish or decorate, I'll bet you a nickel, you'll find something here you'll love. Choose from accent furniture, wall art & mirrors, décor, lamps & lighting, seating, kitchen, dining, office, bedroom and outdoor furniture, jewelry, plants, and more. Most of the inventory is high end, but we found a few hard to beat bargains. We spent just $31 and walked out with a set of two pretty wooden serving plates, a coral art wall hanging, and three distressed white picture frames. We were thrilled with the quality and value of our purchases. An interesting feature of their pricing policy is that just about everything had three prices, so the longer something stays in stock, the lower the price drops. Customer service is phenomenal. We had a wonderful chat with owner Jeannie Bethel, who was a real joy as she talked about her store, where the inventory comes from, and about Wilmington in general. We also had a great experience with Sharon Feiler who rang us up, meticulously wrapped our glass purchases, and chit chatted about the store. If we lived nearby, we'd most definitely be regulars.”
