The service is very friendly and knowledgeable, with staff always ready to provide expert advice and support. They have a great rewards program that is easy to use. However, the store can be dismally understaffed, especially in the evening, making it difficult to find help for loading, unloading, or reaching items. Some prices, like for trim and moulding, are noted as being way out of line compared to typical lumber suppliers. Despite these occasional frustrations, it remains a destination for home improvement projects, with the option to order online for store pickup.

Christopher in the lumber department at the monkey junction location was sooo helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out and went out of his way to give my grandson a kids workshop box. Such a pleasant experience!
