“The store itself if very good and has most everything one may need for DIY projects and basic household needs. The floor staff is very helpful and pretty much available when I have a question.
I did have a less than great experience with a recent order. The website showed free delivery however the customer service rep at the store said not so and charged me $79 to bring 45 2 CF bags of dirt one mile to my home. Then, after unloading the dirt, I called to have the pallet removed from my driveway. A very surley lady on the phone at the store told me that your store doesn't do that, leaving me with a pallet to dispose of when I know you reuse them. I will find a way to return the pallet to your store myself.”
