“I, thought that Buddy's would have the same rude customer service as Aaron's,,Rent-A-Center, Best Rentals, and Helig-Mayers-before they went out of business. But it was the opposite way around. Buddy's never Sales or add anything on that I don't want or need. I have been dealing with Buddy's since December of 2022. I'm happy to say I paid off my tv last year in December. I'm still doing business with Buddy's today because of their proffisnanlizem and great prices. I'm paying $372 00 dollars a month for a brand new Ashley queen size bedroom set, a 75"Hisense Smart/Dolby Vision Tv,and a queen size mattress. I will continue to do business with Buddy's anytime I need something for my home! “By far and away the best "big box" home improvement store in Wilmington. I am in there usually 1x a month and have always had a good experience. I had an amazing experience on Saturday night when after undertaking an unplanned bathroom remodel Mary in the tile section asked if I needed help and boy did I! We talked about the tile I had chosen and what I wanted to do, she gave me some great ideas and then asked if I needed any more help. She spent the next hour with me picking out possible paint colors, a bathtub, fixtures and plumbing accessories (shout out to Eddie in Plumbing- also exceptional). Even though those were not Mary's speciality area she went WAY above and beyond and provided a truly exceptional customer experience. Thanks Home Depot, you have gained a customer for life!”

“This establishment was excellent, both in selection of outdoor furniture, price and in the knowledge of the salesperson who I think was also the owner. We wanted four Adirondack chairs for our fire pit and he patiently showed us everything that was available and described the benefits of each. The best part was that what we chose was available in stock and we had it around our fire pit in two day's time!”

“I stopped in on a Saturday just to browse - what I thought was the start of my search for a used washer and dryer. The selection was extensive and staff was friendly and eager to help. I found a lovely set, signed the paperwork and was able to have the pair delivered within a few days for a low rate. Delivery and set up were both seamless. After a few uses, both appliances are in great working order and I'm wishing I'd pursued this purchase many months ago, had I known this location existed!! They also had fridges and dishwashers for anyone looking to buy or replace other appliances. Great selection, friendly staff and reasonable prices!”

“We went to the store on Wednesday Oct 12nd, the sales manager Luby Carrol and his partner help us very well what we looking for. both are friendly and nice. he said the furniture is ready. that fast and i'm shock. because we ordered to other furniture store, took a very loooong time to wait. I wish i know this store long time ago. btw On Oct 13th we decided to order bed, dresser and nightstand for guess bedroom. Delivery and installed was today on Oct 14th. Michael and Nick did excellence Job. thank you so much. Btw the quality and the price is great. absolutely I will come back again.”

“We are a very happy "Cool" customer. My first service call back in 2017 was solved over the phone. I ask the kind lady on the phone to mail my shop, three "service-by stickers" to be stuck on refrigeration panels. She did. This past Memorial Day Weekend -2019- equipment issues. We called in for help!! Met their "Cool" repair specialist the first hour of the first work week. Very intelligent and well informed on 15 year old Manitoc ICE and Beverage Air machines. He knew what to do and reviewed and fixed the problems correctly. Thank you sir!! GA”

This store is huge lol it's been a while since I've been in a Home Depot and actually walked around. Everything has its place that's for sure and the app lets you know what isle you can find what you are looking for. A new feature for the military discount of some don't know already. You'll need to go online and upload proof this meaning your military ID ( mark out important things) they just need to see service date etc . For me I didn't, because I'm getting so I don't trust uploading things like that just to get a discount. Home Depot you just need to have employees ask to see it that's all. But, of course evokes self checkout these days. So, with that being said I'd have given 5 stars as I do like Home Depot, however due to the inconvenience this can cause elderly people to figure this out.”
