“Amazing! The BEST experience from purchase to delivery one could hope for. Add to this the factor that you dealing with a genuine family owned local business. Myth: The big box stores (and we are members of 2 of them) have better deals than a locally owned business. In the past we have purchased several large appliances from the giants. Recently, our Generac whole home generator came from COSTCO. However, when you factor into your purchase the service, after sale LOCAL support (no 800Menu nonsense) advice, and substantial rebates, buying from Atlantic Appliance is one of the easiest decisions you will make regarding major appliances. Our experience (briefly): Our salesman Carl directed us to the best deal available on a high quality GE Profile Dishwasher. He arranged for reasonable and reliable installation through a local plumber and took care of every detail. An issue arose on the day of delivery: The dishwasher model we ordered was discovered to be dented at the warehouse. We had both taken off from our volunteer duties at NHRMC in expectation of an 8AM installation. We were upset. What to do? Mark, the manager of Atlantic Appliance, did not hesitate to upgrade the model we paid for to the next level (a professional model) and still arranged for installation on the same day! Think you could get that from a big box store? Not a chance. By the way, when you call for service on a big box store purchase, who do you think they send? That's right - Atlantic Appliance!”

They cleaned it up, no fingerprints, made it spotless without even asking and hooked it up to the water, ran water through it to make sure it was clean, spotless work, and very professional! I will use them in the future!”

“The store itself if very good and has most everything one may need for DIY projects and basic household needs. The floor staff is very helpful and pretty much available when I have a question.
I did have a less than great experience with a recent order. The website showed free delivery however the customer service rep at the store said not so and charged me $79 to bring 45 2 CF bags of dirt one mile to my home. Then, after unloading the dirt, I called to have the pallet removed from my driveway. A very surley lady on the phone at the store told me that your store doesn't do that, leaving me with a pallet to dispose of when I know you reuse them. I will find a way to return the pallet to your store myself.”
“My wife and I had the good fortune to meet Trey today and purchase a couple of chaise lounge chairs. We found Trey and his staff to be professional, helpful, and friendly, while not being overbearing and pushy. The entire experience was first class. We intend to do more business at Leisure World in the near future. I'll have to say, it was disheartening to see the negative comments here, mostly during the horrors of supply/ demand/ manufacturing/ shipping that resulted from the Covid pandemic, which this business had absolutely no control over. What a terrible way to punish a business that was struggling to weather the storm, as most of us were. I wish them overwhelming success in the future. I also hope that those that read my review will remember the state of the world when these negative reviews were written,, and see them for what they are.
