“Couldn't have been a better experience. Brought the kids in for mattresses for them and me. Jeff was extremely helpful, gave us great prices and pointed us in the direction of deals. Once delivered, one of the mattresses felt off. I thought I was losing my mind because it's hard to recall how something felt in the showroom vs days later when actually sleeping on it, but talked with him and he recommended I come by the warehouse to check out another mattress of the same make and model. Turns out the one originally delivered had something wrong with it. Jeff came back out and delivered the other one and couldn't have been more understanding throughout the experience. Highly recommend! Great local business.”

“Ken, the manager of the monkey junction location was so great. I went in with an issue with a mattress I had purchased not too long ago, and with great knowledge of the inventory got me a new mattress. I am very satisfied with the help he gave, and the time he took with me. I recommend them for the price, customer service and knowledge he has. I can not speak on other employees as I only dealt with him today, but the lady that sold me the first mattress was equally as great (I am sorry I do not remember her name). With the way Mattress Firm treats employees I am sure other locations would be just as good.”

“While they didn't have what I was looking for, the worker was incredibly polite. I've been to a few furniture stores before and it's so common to be harassed by the workers, but that isn't the case here. The worker gave us space and let us look around. She checked on us twice, but was understanding that I didn't want assistance. The prices were good and I wish I could remember the workers name because she deserves a shout out. She was working hard, and not just sitting around waiting to hover customers. Will return to this location!”

I called and talked to Jeff at Cape Fear Bedding (later to find out they are actually closed on Mondays!) and he was quick to answer my questions and went above and beyond to help me get what we needed. He was very friendly, courteous, and kind- which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them for your mattress needs, and plan to use them in the future. “I had visited 6 other furniture stores prior to coming to Rose Brothers, and while all were pleasant, it was obvious the “salesman” at Rose Bros was the most knowledgeable. I put salesman in quotes, because he didn’t feel like a salesman. He listened to my needs, was always within reach to ask a question, and answered them thoroughly, but wasn’t the slightest bit pushy. When I asked for his thoughts, he gave valuable feedback and explanations for them. I was looking for a couch for a rental unit, and he provided input I hadn’t even considered. He helped me pick the most economical option while also being able to hold up heavy use. Not only was he helpful, but I needed to have the couch as soon as possible. All of the other stores were 3-4 weeks out, and I was able to pick up my couch the next day at Rose Bros. It’s been a year since I purchased it, and the quality and durability speaks for itself. After a full rental season, it still looks new, and I consistently get compliments on it. They will be my first stop next time I need furniture.”
