“Our sales person Josh was amazing. We explained what our different needs were and wanted them combined into one bed. His knowledge of each bed was great. He went over all the features on each one. So needless to say our buying experience was easy and understanding. Would recommend this place to anyone.”
“The reason for my visit was to purchase 2 more gel foam pillows (which are excellent ). They were out of stock, so they ordered the pillows and are having them shipped directly to my home. Hopefully, they will arrive within the week...”
“I ordered a mattress online and the delivery was messed up, so I called the local store and they went above and beyond to make everything right for me. I could not be happier with my experience with Mattress Firm!”
“Dawn at Mattress Warehouse of Wilmington (Monkey Junction) was absolutely amazing to work with. She patiently answered every question we had and let us try out bed after bed, multiple times, until we felt confident in our decision. She never once made us feel rushed. Even after all that time she spent with us, she still worked hard to get us fantastic discounts on the perfect mattresses for our needs.
I’ve had a lumbar fusion, so finding a bed that would properly support my back was essential, and Dawn went above and beyond to make sure we found the right fit for me. My wife needed a softer feel, and Dawn helped her find exactly what worked for her too. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much time and care to get every detail right. Highly recommend asking for Dawn if you visit this store!”
“Richie at Mattress Firm in Mayfaire was excellent in helping me and my wife find a new mattress. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and guided us quickly to the mattress we needed. We would definitely recommend MF to any of our friends and family!”
“Jeff and Ted were beyond friendly! Didn’t once feel pressured and delivery was way quicker and easier than I could have imagined. Actually a fun experience. 10/10”
“Great staff, very friendly and they make it happen. They accept american express and are willing to hold items for you if you buy them and cannot pick up the day of.”

“Kyle was amazing!! I called looking for a bed foundation/Bunkie boards. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was trying to find a foundation ASAP(it was almost 6pm on a Tuesday) and he was very kind/patient and was able to set up the whole thing for me! I was able to order them and have them delivered early the next morning. 100% will be recommending and coming here in the future thank you!!”
“Great customer service! Chuck (our sales person ) was knowledgeable and patient! We also worked closely with Shannon (designer) who is fantastic! Both of them helped guide us in making our choices! We look forward to seeing our purchases in our home!”
“Shane provided exceptional service. He asked questions to understand what mattress i was looking for. The best part is he greeted me upon entering. The prices are reasonable for a great mattress.”
“Devon was so helpful in helping me find a mattress that fit my limited budget. My friend and I had dealt with different salespeople all day and were about to just order a mattress online but decided to take one last shot at looking in person & I couldn’t be happier that we did. The entire process was quick, easy, and I feel really confident about the product I’m walking away with. Highly recommend this spot! Thanks again Devon (:”

“Great staff, very friendly and they make it happen. They accept american express and are willing to hold items for you if you buy them and cannot pick up the day of.”
“This place is a discount Warehouse version of their main furniture store. They have very beautiful high quality furniture from couches to tables to mirrors, rugs and just about anything else you can think of. It really is like a toy store for adults shopping to furnish a space. The people there were very friendly and there is someone on site who can help you design your space with the furniture you like in mind in a 3D rendering program, pretty awesome.
They say they do run sales and will hold your furniture up to a year, and that can be very helpful depending on your situation. At the end of the day, this is a great place to buy quality furniture, but their prices seem to be very high for a place that is described as a discount Warehouse. Also, they have strange hours and sometimes close by 2:00 p.m. on a business day.”
“Really liked browsing! Interesting pieces, great prices....CiCi was very helpful!! I look forward to going back to purchase a side table I considered after doing much searching on-line and at many other Wilmington furniture sales businesses.”
“Seth was AMAZING. I came in looking for a bunk bed, he showed me all of them on the computer and recommended one that’s perfect. Then I had a previous claim that he got on immediately and got it taken care of. Thanks Seth!!!! You’re GREAT!”
“I've purchased a high end typical mattress for the last 25 years. They all lasted a couple of years before starting to crater where we slept, which just got worse over time. Frustrated with that I chose Sleep Number and purchased a King C4 360 Smart Bed
with the King 360 Integrated Base in July of 2023. It was about the same price as a tradition mattress including delivery and setup. As of 8/13/2026 it's still as good as new. I love it. It's amazing! No cratering! We can set our desired firmness individually! No springs, No foam, etc. It works on the concept of using a large blatter that self adjusts to keep the firmness you've selected the same over time. In my opinion there isn't any other mattress on the market to compare with Sleep Number. If you're in the market for a mattress I'd highly recommend any of the Sleep Number models. I give them a 5 out of 5.”
“I was there and the owners were as well. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. The beds and furniture there is definitely not cheaply made and is biult to last. I will definitely be doing more business with them at this store.”
