“I'm giving it five stars hands down based solely on the people and the service. I would say I wish they had online ordering or weekend service but it isn't a deal breaker that they don't. On the occasion I get a paper script, I fill it at a nearby pharmacy, though I suppose you could in theory go to their physical location or something.”
“Although they were in the middle of remodeling the service was great the technician was in formula and answered all night questions with understanding and show me the proper way to use the machine and clean the mess overall it was a good experience”
“Cape Fear Pharmacy has been compounding medications for my pet for the past 4 months and I'm totally satisfied with the service they provide and the ease of a prescription refill. They are conveniently located off of College Road with drive-through service if desired, and the pharmacy stays open M-F until 6 pm. Saturday hours are half day. Staff are all extremely friendly and take the time to answer all your questions. Definitely recommend.”

“On October 23rd my daughter and I visited US Med Express in search of a lift chair to replace my standard recliner. I had undergone surgery 4 days prior and was having difficulty getting out of my recliner. We were warmly greeted by Blake, who provided us with detailed information about the chairs, the insurance procedures and invited us to try all of the chairs available if we wished. Blake was very professional in his communication and even though he hoped to make a sale, I felt he was concerned that meeting my needs was the most important aspect of our conversation. He helped me choose the chair that met my needs and was able to deliver the same afternoon. Last night I had the best sleep I had in months and my daughter was able to rest knowing I could safely get into and out of the chair.”

“Can I say WOW!! Liberty Medical Specialties was so helpful starting my dad on oxygen today! Lee was so good at explaining what he needed and what to expect. I asked her if I can take the empty canisters for refill at any of their other locations. We live an hour from the Wilmington office and Liberty does come and deliver your refills, but if I was in town where they had an office was the reason I was asking her that question. She also gave me the names of the people I would talk too if I was coming to a different location to pick up a refill. Lee told me I would get a detailed packet with all the information of each of their locations. The packet was exceptional! They have instructions and the information to look at the videos of how to work the equipment online. She told me their delivery guy would be at my dads house and go over everything with me and he would make sure I understood how to work all the equipment before he left.
How awesome can I say Mike Brown was!! He brought all the equipment that Lee and I discussed. Before coming in the house he asked if he needed to remove his shoes!! I appreciated that!! Mike set everything up. He is so knowledgeable about the equipment and could explain it so well. You could tell he was experienced and knew his job! He was a sweet guy and very professional!! He took time with me to make sure I understood everything and then he asked me to demonstrate what I had learned. He made sure my dad was comfortable and that the O2 was working as it did in the hospital. Mike had me write down his number and told me he was available 24 hours a day for assistance. If everyone could be "like Mike" servicing his customers with care, respect, knowledge, dependability, and delivery!!
