“I went to this store while visiting family in NC. I was greeted with a warm hello. The store is clean and has many options for pets and people. I had bought a shirt, and realized after I washed it, it had an issue. I called the store, they said they would exchange it. I live in NJ and I mailed it out. I was sent a replacement within the week. When I called, a woman Isabelle was very professional and helpful. There was no problem with me sending and doing the exchange. I recommend this store. It is a fun store too. My next trip to NC, I will be sure to stop in and support the business. Never seen such friendly people who love their job. Like I said I am in NJ, you do not see friendly people at all really.”

They have only cut my nails so far. But I much prefer them doing it to the other places I have been to. They are fast and I hardly know they are doing it. And they give me treats.
My dad takes me there to use their self serve dog wash, which is pretty handy. And sometimes buys me a toy from inside.”
“Michael helped me with my heavy items today, I have a hard time lifting things at self checkout and the new weight system is very inconvenient for people with spinal injuries! Hope you guys can revert back to the old system, at least for waters. I used to be able to type in 207 and it would ring up! Anyways Michael was very kind and helpful! I’ll be back for sure!”
“I'm now taking my dogs for their annual shots here every year. They conduct a very good operation keep things moving, a real vet does the actual injections and my dog's are healthy and happy. It is a terrific savings as well over what your pay on top of a wellness exam at an established vet office. Thanks for offering this service. PS I do take my dog's to a vet office annually too, I know this doesn't take the place of the need for those visits as well but the savings on the vaccinations is remarkable.”

“My family wanted to get a 2nd dog and visited the New Hanover Humane Society. The shelter had many dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes available for adoption. Rebecca, a staff member, was extremely helpful in picking the right dog to get along with our cranky older female dog. Rebecca introduced us to the most wonderful dog. He is big and fuzzy and so calm and gentle. He gets along beautifully with our other dog. We love him so much and couldn't imagine a better dog for our family. I highly recommend this shelter to others seeking to add a pet to their lives.”

“Big variety of everything for every animal. We recently received a guinea pig & found a nice habitat that has more of a furniture astheic i was wanting than a cage. I think she's pretty large for a guinea pig & was told at other stores they didn't make balls large enough for her but found a 36in in stock. Overall we'll go back. Pricing wasn't cheap but did have some sales if you have a normal animal lol”
