“It's HT so prices are always a little bit higher,but you can find deals if you look! We use the pharmacy mainly and it's the best ever! Everyone is kind and courteous. Even when there is a line it's a short wait unlike hrs at some other pharmacies! Parking can be hectic with the on site strip malls in the same vicinity. Always friendly and smiling ?”

“Laurel in the bakery is a real gem to this department. She never lets me down and does Fabolous work. Any kind of cake I can dream up she has not failed to deliver. Harris Teeter is lucky to have her as an employee and I drive 45 minutes to Wilmington just to get her to do my cakes. She has done Graduation cakes, Birthday cakes for kids and adults, Petit fours decorated, frosted monogrammed sugar cookies, cupcake cakes ..... I am always impressed.”
“This was my very first time coming here. And I was amazed at the setup a lot of choices for every item fresh cut meats (never seen this in Walmart) a lot of cooked food . The only problem I saw was the few cash registers that were open out of 12 it was only two open. But if your in the area check them out.”
“I'm giving it five stars hands down based solely on the people and the service. I would say I wish they had online ordering or weekend service but it isn't a deal breaker that they don't. On the occasion I get a paper script, I fill it at a nearby pharmacy, though I suppose you could in theory go to their physical location or something.”

“We are new to this pharmacy and so far, we love it! The staff are very sweet. It is such a different experience if you have been getting your prescriptions from a chain pharmacy. It is more personable. They always answer their phones and its typically not a long wait if you go through the drive through. They also call you and inform you when your prescriptions are ready for pick up. Coming from Walgreens, it so nice to have everything taken care of for you rather than having to constantly call, sit for 30 minutes on hold, and not have my questions answered. We ended up switching the whole family to this pharmacy after a great experience with our son. Highly recommend!”

“Shop at the store, or order online for either curb side pick up or delivery!! Customer service is big with them and they make an A+ every time! Scan and go is great for any purchase but especially if you want just a few items and you don't have a lot of time, using the app makes quick work of the shopping experience so you can get what you want with little to no time waiting to check out!! The app has been updated so if you checkout on the app then remember items that you forgot, you can now add them to your order, it's great!! Don't forget to fill your car with gas at the convenient station usually located at most Sam's clubs to take advantage of discounted gas prices.”
“Cape Fear Pharmacy has been compounding medications for my pet for the past 4 months and I'm totally satisfied with the service they provide and the ease of a prescription refill. They are conveniently located off of College Road with drive-through service if desired, and the pharmacy stays open M-F until 6 pm. Saturday hours are half day. Staff are all extremely friendly and take the time to answer all your questions. Definitely recommend.”
“Love the Harris Teeter Delis. Everyone I've been to is the same, which is excellent. They have the best fresh subs, made with fresh baked sub rolls, Boars Head, with a variety of deli cheese and garnishment. Great prices and you can order ahead online if you want. They also have an excellent soup and salad bar.”

“The Ladies there spent the day taking my calls, and advocating for me with my new Prescription Insurance Company. I had spent the day yesterday with that company being transferred from one person to another (one call lasted 1 hr and 43 min) accomplishing nothing. Without these ladies my migraine preventive would be getting filled 5 days after I am prescribed to take it. Their assistance and knowledge has allowed me to maintain the consistency of my preventive medication.”
“I'm incredibly impressed with this pharmacy. Very clean, calm, and professional. The pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable about my medication. I wasn't made to wait in line although another customer was being helped before me; another employee stepped up and assisted me right away. My doctor recommend this pharmacy for a specific medication that tends to be out of stock in other pharmacies. I decided to transfer all my prescriptions here after my first visit.
Edit: I wanted to edit this review to add that the pharmacist called me to touch base within an hour of my doctor sending the order to them. They already had my number and insurance. The whole process was seamless.”
“First impressions are important, and the staff of Market Street Pharmacy absolutely provided the best experience I've had in a while. I've worked in customer service for many years, including time with a large pharmacy retailer. Personally, I've noticed a decrease in the level of customer service over the last few years, but the Market Street Pharmacy team proved they are an exception. The experience with them is warm and thoughtful from start to finish. Both my call and visit were fast, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate how the pharmacist gave me useful information for the future, and how kind the technician was. I even received a follow-up call a couple days after, thanking me for visiting and encouraging me to reach out to the pharmacist if I ever have any questions. That level of effort goes well above and beyond my expectations.This business is a gem I wish I'd discovered sooner!”

“I am a difficult customer. Medications are essential to our health and I don't want any BS from the people that are getting it to me. It should be a care environment. Not a retail experience. The pharmacists here are knowledgeable, professional, and give great service. I gave 4 stars because I've had a couple run ins with them, but it's usually a tech, which can have a turnover rate so I do understand that. The people that run the pharmacy are awesome.”
“Not busy after 8 PM. 12 total pumps. Car wash hasn't been open for sometime now. I wish the hoses were had extension arms like other locations. They CAN reach over your vehicle but it's tight/close. Stay away during mid to later afternoon, its packed.”
