“I’ve always had a good experience shopping at Harris Teeter. The store is usually clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop in without feeling too crowded. I especially like their fresh produce and bakery section, and the staff has always been friendly whenever I needed help finding something. Their VIC deals also make it easier to save money on groceries each week. Overall, it’s one of my favorite grocery stores because the shopping experience feels convenient and pleasant.”

“I’ve used the pharmacy at Realo Drugs in Hampstead several times. The location and drive-thru are super convenient right off the highway, and next to fast food and coffee, so it’s easy to work into errands.
That said, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern: prescriptions tend to take longer than expected to be ready. Not just “a little behind,” but usually at least 12 hours, sometimes 24 hours.
On the positive side, the staff has always been nice and genuinely helpful. I don’t feel rushed, brushed off, or ignored which helps a lot when navigating health stuff. They’re patient and kind.
if you can wait for your prescription, this pharmacy is pleasant to work with and the drive-thru convenience is great. But if you’re coming straight from the ER or leaving an urgent appointment and need a prescription filled immediately, I’d recommend filling it somewhere faster”

“So I’m positive that this pharmacy has the very best pharmacist in the United States of America, but I’d deep in venture to say probably the best in the world and I don’t say this slightly and it’s not just a pharmacist staff as well. Holy moly I don’t even know how to describe it, but if you want the best customer service you’ve ever had in your entire life with people who actually care about you and what happens to you I would absolutely go here because there are absolutely the best barn.”
“I have two issues with this place..its way too small for how consistently busy it is and you still can't tap to pay at Walmart in the summer of 2026!! Really. People are paying with wedding rings these days...come on..its definitely time for an update guys”
