“We are so lucky here in Wilmington NC to have a store like Two Wheeler Dealer. No matter how large or small your business is with them you are taken care of with total efficiency. Always extremely friendly staff (looking at you Austin, who helped me today :) ) and their customer care and appreciation is beyond the pale. Had them tune up my bike and when I went back a week later to have a new saddle fitted (I bought the saddle oline) they fitted it immediately with no charge. They are the real deal and I am always glad to do business with them.”

“Tommy is extremely knowledgeable about golf gear and fitting you with the best gear for your swing. When you first meet him and discuss your objectives he is a great listener and then pretty much takes over to reconstruct your golf bag with equipment that will work for your swing. Tommy knows what he is doing and he also is a great guy who will take all the time it takes to help you play the best you can play. Now, there are no magic bullets of course but when you hit some bad shots it’s the Indian and not the arrow that Tommy built for you.”

“Some of these other reviews are obviously BS. Bosemans is a retail store, not resell. They get their product direct from the manufacturer, just like other retail stores. So to compare them to the local resell shop, or accuse them of selling fakes is pretty ridiculous. They're entirely different businesses, business models, policies etc. Resell shops buy from other people and resell at higher prices. Bosemans buys direct and sells for retail price, meaning the same price Nike sells for. Bosemans is a small business competing with the giant sneaker stores (Finish Line, Dicks etc) and they deserve community support. They are a goldmine for the actual sneaker community and they give everyone a chance at the biggest drops, no matter how hype. They also run crazy deals on a regular basis and staff like Jamar are always helpful. Check it out for yourself”
“These guys r great!! Not going to lie. At first, I thought I got ripped off... So, I ordered my skateboard and received it no problem. Then I went to skating. I cracked my deck within the first 5 minutes of skating it... I really didn't feel like It should have cracked, so I called the company and left a voicemail. A week or two went by with no contact whatsoever. So I called again and again I left a message. Again I waited. After some time I was surprised by a phone call from Warehouse skateboards. The man whose name escapes my memory told me that he was behind had to catch up on calls. Ask me what my issue was I told him, and without question he issued me a replacement... I'm still skating that replacement deck today. Ty, Warehouse Skateboards. I'll recommend u to anyone who asks about a skateboard!!”
“I have to brag on my man Joe the bike tech! I recently got out of the hospital and cannot use my right arm, so I needed laces for my shoes that I wouldn’t have to tie so nobody would have to tie my shoes for me for the next couple of weeks, I came to Dick‘s to buy those laces and Joe put them in my shoes now talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. I know we’re talking about shoelaces But he had no obligation to put them in for me, but he did so this wounded old fella is tickled to death with Joe and Dick’s Sporting Goods. If you ever need anything, make sure you ask for joe the bike tech by far. He gives the best customer service and cares about the Customer more than anybody I’ve ever seen!! Great hire guys give that man a raise !!!”
“Stopped in a 6:50 - ashamed to admit I was THAT customer - but I needed a custom hat last minute & wasn’t able to get there until late. The worker Chad I believe his name was - was so gracious & took his time despite being close to closing & by the time the hat was done it was 15 mins past closing. He was so friendly & patient. Obvi not my plans to be that late again on someone, but he was great considering the circumstances & I know how it can be wanting to get right out! I love my hat! Thank you !”
