There was a young lady from customer service that helped my fiancé and I to find a transaction that was from last year, her name was Val. She went beyond her customer service skills to find this receipt we needed since we lost the original one. We needed it so we could have it with an issue we have with the refrigerator last June of 2022 we purchased at Lowes. She was very friendly and determined to figure it out. Well, she definitely figured it out after about 20 minutes with us. She is an excellent employee and because of her this Lowes will be my place to shop.
