“Super disappointed. I called because I have heard great reviews from others word of mouth about their honesty. I spoke with Nate on the phone and was told he could not give me an estimated quote on the phone. This is the ONLY shop I have dealt with that won’t give me an estimated price on parts and labor with providing make, model and trim. His reasoning was because he doesn’t know the trim what kind of stuff I need and if there is rust or not.

I felt uneasy about the above information and wanted to give my honest opinion however I did jump to this review so let me correct that as he was very polite and professional. I just didn’t understand not getting any vehicle information to give a very ROUGH starting point. I live an hour away so driving in to have it looked at with young kids isn’t an easy thing to do. I appreciate the professional response below. Was going to reconsider them in the future when we actually relocate or can make the drive before then to do as requested and get it viewed but need them done soon to not cause damage to my car. Hopefully they can reconsider as well. Only reason for four stars is there was no actual work or experience with conducting business transaction regarding my vehicle to rate further.”

“Great customer service. I came in for new tires on my Honda. My car was taken back in less than 10 mins from the time I walked in. They treated me like a genuine person which is nice. Some establishment just want to get you in and out. 11:25am ***Just an update. Been here for 3 hours now with no update. I'm getting a lil anxious to get out of here now.”

“Let me start off by saying, I ended up at this place completely by accident. But I’m a firm believer that things happen for a reason.
My first encounter had me a little heated and caught off guard. The gentleman asked, “May I help you” I told him I needed a tire, and his response was, “We don’t sell used tires.” At first, I was taken aback by the way it was said, but I decided to take the high road—and I can honestly say I’m glad I did.
The owner was very nice, and they took care of all my needs in a professional and respectful manner. Sometimes we have to look beyond the moment and understand that people may not truly mean things the way they come across.
I would definitely go back! Everyone was very nice, professional, and helpful. Not to mention, being at this place brought back so many nostalgic memories for me. As a kid, I would always talk about the “big man” out front. ? I remember seeing him and being fascinated by him, so coming back here all these years later brought back a little piece of my childhood.
Sometimes taking the high road can lead you to a pleasant experience you never expected. ❤️”

“I went in for an oil change, and has them look over all systems that they recommended. Yup, my filters were filthy…and a couple of other items needed attention. I never expected a discount, but, because I was getting several items done, they offered a discount.
These guys are super easy to work with, and very diligent anout seeing that I would not have problems in the future.”

“I came in May 21st and Mr. Dale was so sweet and kind. He showed me where to take my car to get a patch, he was so patient and came to check my tire for another opinion! Hire more people like Mr. Dale ???”

“Extremely friendly and knowledgeable customer service, everyone made it feel like they wanted to give me the best options that were available while also giving every option available with the benefits and differences of each option so it didn't feel like upselling or trying to force you to spend extra money, but making sure you were informed and could make a fully informed decision. Whole team seemed to genuinely care about me and my vehicle. Manager even came to second-check that everything was done and done right and make sure I was happy with what I was getting and was taken care of like I was family and not just a customer. Getting my vehicle didn't feel like a chore. Phenomenal experience, I will definitely be going here from now on and nowhere else unless it's something not offered at this location.”
