So far great experience here. My dogs seem to like this location better than the petsmart grooming in Rocky Mount. This location is bigger as well. The Rocky Mount location service and pricing kept changing the longer I went. Hopefully this Wilson location won’t treat me like that.

Despite being short staffed due to situations out of their control, the manager and staff member had positive attitudes and were willing to help anywhere they were needed. I appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond!
