“I recently had an emergency Rx need due to a lost FedEx pkg. Working with my hometown (SC) Physician, I was able to arrange the Rx to go to CVB (Target location in Wilson, NC. Pharmacist Jason ( unknown last) was instrumental in expediting filling it but insuring I got the best rate in spite of the challanges of not duplicating the order. Please thank Jason for me. “This Walmart Pharmacy at 2700 Ward Blvd in Wilson, NC, is by far the most helpful Pharmacy I've been associated with.There are medications I MUST have to sleep. The insurance went up 10.00 on 1 of that nightly cocktail. Praise God Jillian used an RX card/coupon to bring price down for me. I'll deal with insurance later. At that immediate time she helped me get what I needed. ?All of the employees there are great people and thus, they are always working for your benefit! You guys ROCK! THANK YOU! t”
“Team lead Alex and Team lead Sam were a VERY VERY big help finding my reciept and finalizing the exchange of my product. Both of them were kind, undstanding, respectful, and patient with me. As a disabled War Vet, I really really appreciated their actions and professionalism!
****ON THE OTHER HAND****
Team Lead Courtny (Female, 6'0', 221lbs, medium length black hair) was entirely horrible!!! Zero professionalism, Zero patience (would not even look my way when it was proven that she typed in the incorrect store number to look up my reciept), was not concerned at all about me as a customer and was rude to other team leaders and members in the customer service department.
The rating is because of Alex and Sam, only!”

“Yesterday I went to the store in the pharmacy department, I felt horrible and had problems with my prescription. I was attended by a young girl (I think), very nice, I couldn't take her name, but she was in the area of drop off prescriptions. Definitely the service from her was AMAZING. She recognized that I felt bad and did her best to help me, we need more people like her! and of course without leaving behind the entire team that worked with her. Thank you so much !!”

“Always super quick and efficient; still gets 5 stars even though they're sometimes a bit under-staffed and I've had to come back to pick up the rest of a prescription because I was either given just enough to get by or a random amount, usually to just have to come back the next day (Mom &Pop store problems I assume). That hasn't happened recently though maybe they're expecting me by now ?.”

“This CVS location has some hardworking employees. Specifically, the leads, Karen and Nicole. A lot of reviews mention a lack of urgency and attitudes but that is different from my experience. Every time I’ve picked up a prescription, they have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. It seems as though they are understaffed. People fail to realize that there is only so much that these workers can do with any trained staff. Wait times are a bit longer but that’s the world we live in now. Practice patience and kindness.”

“Dana assisted me today in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. She even took the time to help me find a low cost option since I don't have insurance outside of my state. Pharmacies are so overwhelmed these days that it's a delight when someone treats you like they care to assist you. She was so patient and incredibly helpful. Very customer service driven. I hope she is recognized for being a very valuable employee!”

“To my surprise, even though this is not the 24 hour store, they seem to have a better variety of items and things are easier to find in this store. Ive always enjoyed shopping here and have never had an issue with prices or customer service. Without going into too much detail, I have had some really awesome experiences checking out with coupons at this location that made for great memories. I have no information about the pharmacy at this location as I have never used it”

“All and all they do great! I HAVEN'T FOUND A PHARMACY AROUND HERE THAT ISNT UNDERSTAFFED AND THAT NEVER HAS A WAIT SO LOOKING PAST THAT ASPECT THE PHARMACY IS BETTER THEN MOST PEOPLE SAY. THE STAFF IS DEALING WITH PEOPLE OFF THERE MEDS AND EITHER SICK OR JUST CRAZY SO I SAY KUDOS TO YOU GUYS IN THE PHARMACY! I GO BEING PATIENT AND EXCEPTING A WAIT SO WHEN THERE IS ITS NO SUPRISE AND IF THERE ISNT THEN ITS Á GOOD SUPRISE! AS FOR THE WALGREENS ALL TOGETHER ITS GREAT CHEAPER THEN CVS (ALTHO I THINK EVERYTHING IS CHEAPER THEN CVS...RIGHT OMG $$)
