“I really appreciate everything about this experience. I was a little concerned with if they would be able to get the right color blend, and how long it would take. Big Brothers definitely understood without me even having to press the issue. They stayed in contact with me and the insurance company, letting us know how far they’ve come. Only taking a couple weeks my car is back in my hands, and she looks brand spanking new. Before giving me a call they gave the car a scan to make sure everything was working properly. “Bob and his team are helping me with the bodywork restoration on my ’68 Barracuda. It’s a bit of a drive from Charlotte, but absolutely worth the extra miles. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable, does top-notch work, and runs a shop full of friendly people who clearly have a genuine passion for what they do. This type of work is never cheap, but we’re moving forward at a pace that fits my budget, and he’s made great recommendations along the way to help keep costs down. “I rarely write a review but I just had to write this one due to such an awesome experience. The staff of Gerber Collision in Monroe are superior in customer service. Our daughters first vehicle needed some bonding work due to a design flaw within the vehicles make. Getting an appt was easy and fast. Actually getting the work done was also super fast. I can't say enough about such an awesome staff and experience. I hope to not have to have any collision work done in the future but if I do it will be with Gerber in Monroe. “After purchasing a vehicle from Griffin GMC and their refusal to replace a battery on a vehicle that I purchased three weeks prior and had yet to make a payment on, I went here to get a battery. Mark was extremely helpful and even told me he would change it out right there on site. As a disabled veteran this was awesome service and experience. While he changed the battery for me we charged and joked and he truly cared. If management is reading this, do what you can to keep this guy around for as long as you can and make sure he is taken care of. I will definitely be talking and singing your stores great praise and I will drive down to this location from Matthews just because of mark and reputation this location has. “My car over heated from what seemed like a radiator hose. I was alone, struggling, and frantic for a quick fix as I had an appointment to make. I was hours away from home one direction, and hours away from family the other direction. As soon as I walked in the store, Isaiah immediately greeted me with a smile and calmly let me know he understood my situation and would do whatever it took to help. First he helped me locate a Towing company, next he checked my car to see what the problem may be, then he let me periodically walk in and out of the store to help cool down my son and offered to let me stay as long as I needed until my ride arrived, Lastly, he was very quick to let me know that someone (my family members) was unlocking my vehicle by watching the cameras. You could tell he genuinely cared about my troubles. He was attentive, polite, helpful, friendly, and everything you need when you feel alone and stranded on the side of the road. Through all of this, I witnessed him handle a steady amount of customers by himself while maintaining a calm, warm, and inviting demeanor. I truly have never received such genuine customer service. Isaiah is a guy that I could tell loved his job and meant what he said; he was there to help and would do the best he could. Someone get this man a raise! I will be retuning to this store upon any need of parts, roadside trouble, or if I just need to be reminded that good workers and authentic customer service still exists. Thank you!”
“Forget Napa stores! (They said they could not touch my car even if I purchased something from them ) However, after going to this AutoZone, I got the help I needed, and they were super friendly! Jeff was more than helpful and was able to resolve my problem without me having to buy anything. I totally recommend them!”

“I stopped by this location today because the Indian Trail location did not have what I was looking for. Josh was working the counter and after I explained to him what I was working on and trying to accomplish he understood my issue and invited me behind the counter to put my own eyes on what they had to offer to solve my problem. Josh gave a few suggestions of his own that that I didn't think of myself and made my decisions easy for a quick and proper repair. He even demonstrated an “experiment†on the front counter to make sure what we came up with would work! Josh is an absolute asset to your company! Hope y'all treat him well.. Talent like this is hard to find!”
