Altar'd State at Hanes Mall is a store with a great atmosphere and all the new trendy clothes. The store is clean and the employees are very friendly, helpful, and readily available to provide terrific customer service. The service feels very personalized, including a nice dressing room area where customer names are put on the door. The staff takes great pride in the store and attention to detail means a lot, right down to purchases being wrapped in tissue paper in classy shopping bags. The mall itself has improved, with visible security present making it feel safer, though the common areas can still be somewhat gross. The store offers an awesome selection of cute and trendy clothes and provides a great overall experience.

People are nice it was clean the only time we had a problem was at Chick-fil-A they were very mean I have anxiety and it's very hard for me to talk and I was trying my best and they were saying to speak up and that I'm not a baby
