Visiting from New York to attend The International Film Festival and decided to go to Chico. They were having a sale and bought 2 tops which were beautiful. The staff were professional and attentive.

I love Chicos and most of my clothes come from there. But the Thruway Store has the worst customer service. I stopped by this week. No one greeted me, no one asked if they could help me, nothing!
