They took the time to listen, looked into the issue, and actually helped me identify what was going on. She was honest, kind, and didn’t just brush me off. She even directed me to the right place to get it fully fixed, considering they didn’t offer what I needed. Really appreciate the great customer service and willingness to help even outside of what they normally offer.”

She hunts down that it’s being unloaded off the truck right then. And said we can swing back later to get it. After a few hours we came back and she had personally hunted through the shipment to find the notebook and held it for us at the register.
