“We purchased a “smart home” with a system installed by Carolina Custom Sound. Not having any experience with such a system, we were initially concerned with being able to operate and maintain the equipment. Carolina Custom Home has been great to work with. They initially came and converted the system to us from the previous owners. We then bought a new TV from them which they installed. The TV we selected came to their facility damaged so they ordered a new one which crossed into a new model year. They honored the quoted price even though the new model was more expensive.We have had two issues, one with the sound system and one with the TV. In both cases we got a same day call when we contacted them and they were able to talk me through the fix over the phone. Once by Chris (the owner) and once by Milton (a senior technician). In both cases their instructions were very clear and understandable. Plus, they were very courteous and pleasant to work with.I very much recommend working with Carolina Custom Sound.”

“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!”

I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't play on my ignorance to try and upsell me a new screen or new phone. I was impressed by his honesty.”
“I would give this place 10 stars if I could. There is a woman there by the name of Maya I believe it was. She was very polite, kind and very helpful. I had my own phone and she activated it for me and sold me a very nice case and a tempered glass cover to go on it. She explained everything and made it all very smooth to understand. “1st visit - Purchased a new phone, SM was extremely helpful - great service! Instructed to come back on the 7th of August for some account adjustments -
2nd visit - Came in when told, SM was not there and was originally told that I could not be helped - to be honest I was not too happy with that, however, Leslie went out of her way to assist me and make sure I was happy and had everything I needed before I left. She, personally, deserves 10 stars for her customer service and professionalism! Her help is the only reason I am still a Metro customer, without her above and beyond attitude yesterday I would have left and went to a new service provider. Thank you, Leslie - job well done!”
