“I'm rating my experience at this location an absolute 5 Stars. If you are in the market for a mattress and looking for a Stress & Hassle Free experience, go talk to William (Will). He's VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service is unfortunately rare now and days but my experience at this Mattress Firm was great. The deals that they are offering help to Close the deal so that when I Close my eyes, visions of fluffy clouds ⛅️ ? ☺️ will be what I see LOL.”

“When I was 18, I used to drive by this little antique place everyday and stop and get a hot-dog. I used to love the smell, all the little things, and jsut the atmophere, this little store was a great idea of what the city of Bangor was. This store is a great example of what Winston-Salem is; its a hidden gem. Amazing Customer Service, great prices, and a wide variety of items and art. When you come in here, you realize you are home. This is one of those places where you realize you want something that fit's just right and you don't know where to go. I have goten everything from a dresser, to a fish bowl, to a dog cage, to art, to even little coloring books. They have a cute little dog game where your kids can win a prize and an awesome reward program where you save a ton of money just by giving your email. We got a huge dog cage for 1/2 the price and our dog just loves it. Shop local!”
“I absolutely LOVE this place! All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind and they don't follow you around the store trying to upsell you on everything (which I appreciate immensely). They have beautiful furniture and rugs and all sorts of antiques. If you're looking for home decor this is a place you have to try!”

They ask what you are looking for, steer you to options, then leave you alone to THINK> When you think you MIGHT have found something, they help you with fabric swatches, take down your info and DO NOT high pressure sales you. I was in on Saturday, went home to think about it, ordered on Tuesday, called Wednesday to adjust my order; they were great. I love being able to pick the fabric i want to blend the colors in the room. The quality of La Z Boy upholstered furniture is exceptional, making it worth the price. The white sofa i bought 12 years ago looks new, thanks to the fabric protection. We have been buying La Z Boy for over 30 years.”

“What a pleasure it was dealing with Mr. Merle Shelton and his staff. They had just the furniture I wanted and after discussing at length with Mr. Shelton I placed my order and sent him a sample of the stain I wanted on all my pieces. He finished everything to match some existing pieces and they match perfectly. Everything was great about the experience and most importantly the communication. My stuff had to be shipped so that added another layer but Mr. Shelton handled everything and made it so easy on me having to have it shipped to Maryland. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Just a great furniture shopping experience.”
