In my experience it seems that every indoor mall has a JCPenny. They have a nice selection of merchandise. I find the prices to be a little high, but the quality is usually top notch. I went there to look around and I saw souch variety and so much styles for the holidays that it looked great. It was a real.sight to see the store so made up with colors and workers working hard to keep the store presence. I would go there for my needs.
