“So far so good! Stopped by yesterday to sell a gold necklace and pawn another. I recieved reasonable prices based on the other estimates from other pawn shops. Will be returning today to get some prices on more things I'd like to sell. My first impression of this pawn shop was very clean, neat and organized. As far as the staff, I was greeted by a young gentleman who serviced me right away. I was given friendly and fast customer service. He was very knowledgeable on the items I had. Any questions I had were answered and the entire process was professional. I've been to 2 other pawn shops here in Winston-Salem. Staff aren't as friendly, their shops are small and unorganized or messy. When dealing with money...whether buying or selling...you ALWAYS want to be treated professionally and treated kindly. And that is the service I recieved so thumbs up to the National pawn on stratford road for excellent service. ????”

I provided them with a drawing of a desired pendant with my grandmothers actual handwriting engraved that I needed created in less than 2 weeks and they executed and excelled!They provided an exquisite piece listening to exactly what I wanted in delicate details and created the piece days before my deadline. They made it a breeze to design something so delicate and sentimental making sure it was exactly what I wanted! They went out of their way to create this item, have it custom engraved and back to me 3 days before I needed it. “Called multiple jewelry stores in the Winston area about getting my necklace repaired. Ranging from 4 weeks in wait time to hundreds of dollars to do a simple repair, I was pleasantly surprised when I called Deva's and heard how reasonably priced and minimal wait time needed to fix my necklace. They truly are master jewelers and will be going there in the future over these overpriced name brand jewelers that are like auto dealers in the sense that they look for ways to charge you. I will add that apple maps hasn't updated their new store location as it took me 3min away from the new location so I would use google maps or waze if you are unsure about getting there. Thank you guys!”

I have shopped around town at a few other places only to feel awkward, not helped, and overall "blah" about the entire experience. I stopped by LoveWell on a whim and left with multiple items and a renewed outlook on dressing my postpartum body. “When I needed my rose gold engagement set resized, I called at least 5 jewelers. Most simply stated, "no rose gold". The gentleman at S & N took both bands up a few sizes in under 30 minutes. He gave us an extremely reasonable price. The kicker is that they look better than when I brought it in! It used to have a crooked silver streak where I sized it down ages ago. Now, the bands are perfect, shiny, and rose gold throughout. I am thankful to have found such an incredibly gifted jeweler. 100/5 ⭐”

The dressing room area was very nice, complete with customers names being put on their dressing room door. I felt the service was very personalized.
