Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Winston Salem, NC Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The cashiers, customer service, and those helping at self-checkout are always very friendly and helpful. Some employees on the floor can be a tad rude, but overall they're okay, and the garden center folks are good. There are great, helpful employees there to save the day, with associates willing to drop what they are doing to help. However, there can be very little staff at times, making it hard to get help with purchases like power tools. The store also supports the community with displays like blue LED light bulbs for law enforcement.

I go to this store multiple times a week. The lady driving the zamboni needs to come in prior to the store opening. It is very loud 1st. But 2nd and more important, the excess water that is left on the floor, could cause an accident!! I will not stop shopping here, just my opinion.

I was in here shopping at about 4:30-5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon. Nobody there to help you very little staff other than a few cashiers here and there. Pretty disappointed, I was trying to by two power tools and could get no help.
