“Susan, our salesperson, was great. I needed a twin mattress and box spring for my grandson transitioning from a crib to a bed. She knew exactly what I wanted. She even made up a Certificate of First Kid Bed for my grandson with his name on it to make it extra special. My husband and I were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. The mattress and box spring are being delivered tomorrow so we don't even need to wait long to get it.

Lindsey (now in Winston Salem store) took over 2 hours with us, never felt rushed, very personal, answered all our questions, could not have been more pleased. She continues to check with us on our customer satisfaction. We ended up buying a complete bedroom suite because of her knowledge.
Then our furniture came on day and time promised. The two men that delivered were efficient, gentle with our furniture, cleaned up, could not have went smoother!
