“Had the most amazing experience today at Costco. Drove up to buy Azaleas. Normally they are in the middle of the store. Asked a gentleman and he took me to the outside garden area. I had a regular cart and he went and got me a flat bed. Another gentleman helped me load them as they are the biggest I have ever seen. After shopping and checking out on my way to my van another gentleman helped me unload my purchases. I hit the jackpot with the best service today. Thank you Costco. You have great service but this was far beyond my expectations as busy as the warehouse was.”

“Just wanted to let the whole world know about the hearing aid center in Costco in Winston Salem .
I went in to have a hearing test & it was determined that I really needed some help with hearing aid. When I was younger I used to hear a rat pee on cotton . As I got older I was constantly saying talk louder or repeat !
My hearing tech was a fine lady by the name Amanda , My hands were injured about 8 years ago leaving my left had with no feeling in it . I was constantly dropping the hearing aids on floor in mornings & night . (putting them in & taking them out , I told Amanda about this & she suggested molds for hearing aids . She stated that she wanted me happy or complete refund , After 3 months of trying without success I took the hearing aids back to Costco for a full refund ! I just want to say in closing , they treat you like a human being & not a number .
I am convinced that Amanda with hearing wants the customer satisfied or money back ! You know as well as I know that is rare in today’s business world !!”

“Originally reserved at a different location but they didn't have what I rented there & said they never did so sent me to this location. So I was pretty unhappy that I wasted about 2 hrs getting it sorted out and going to new location. But once at Marshall St location I found staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Their parking lot is pretty tight so putting a 19' overall trailer on a 21' truck makes it interesting.

DO NOT reserve/rent from the Sherman Logistics LLC location. It's awful in every way. Go here instead.”

“I am a huge fan of Costco. I've been a member for over 25 years. Before that my parents were members back when it was called Price Club in the 80's when I lived in CA. It's safe to say I've been eating at the Costco food court for many many MANY years. I've seen menu items come and go over this time. The hot dog and pizza have always been a staple. I used to love the supreme pizza slice they offered. Unfortunately, that disappeared along with the Polish sausage they used to serve as well. Every time a new item comes to the food court I go in and check it out. They had a barbecue sandwich that was OK in my opinion. It was super messy to eat, so much so they served it with a cardboard collar around it. For a long time they offered a turkey pesto Panini that I fell in love with, and would get it almost every time I went shopping there. I miss that one! The newest sandwich offered was the roast beef sandwich. Again, it was just OK for me. The dessert options were always just the strawberry sundae or a fruit smoothie. They then added the chocolate sundae, the mocha smoothie and the churro. I tried the churro when they first added it and was very unimpressed. It was flavorless, and I always felt it needed so much more cinnamon sugar than it had on it. One of the best desserts they offered was a chocolate coated ice cream bar. It was huge! I miss that one too. The newest addition is the huge chocolate chip cookie. This cookie is served warm and it costs $2.49. If you look at it through the window you might think they overcooked it however, don't judge a book by its cover. It is perfectly cooked. The outside is crispy. The inside is gooey and chewy and full of chocolate chips. I think this is by far my favorite addition to the Costco food court. I hope this one lasts because it is the best! If you think these are the same cookies, you can get in the Costco bakery by the dozen think again. The ones in the bakery are not nearly as delicious as the ones in the food court. They don't even compare. Next time you hit up Costco, treat yourself to this delicious cookie. Share it with someone you love.”
